I attended Haymarket Dental Complete Care for the first time about two years ago. It was an incredible experience! When I walked in their doors, I was immediately greeted by their friendly and professional staff. I had horrible teeth and a lot of previous work that did not end well. Pretty much, I needed full mouth reconstruction! I have TMJ, grind my teeth and (at the time) had lost practically all the enamel on my teeth. They were weak, short and painful. In addition to that, I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, especially needles! Needless to say, this team had their hands FULL as soon as I walked in--however, they never made me feel like a burden and were always so patient and helpful! I met Dr. Rena Vakay through a partnership with my organization and instantly, she was ready and willing to do whatever it took to give me the smile of my dreams! Our first visit, she did extensive preparation for our long journey. From x-rays to molds and a customized photograph log, Dr. Vakay never settled for less than perfect. If a picture didnt have the exact angle of my mouth that she needed, they were retaken. Her attention to detail was instilled in all of staff and makes such a difference! She explained each step of the process before beginning and always kept me informed and involved. Because of the extensive amount of work I needed done, I was in the chair several times for extended periods of time. However, Dr. Vakay and her team worked to make sure I always felt cared for and comfortable. They always tended to any needs or concerns I had and always strove to do their very best. Even if it meant more work, if something wasnt perfect, Dr. Vakay would have it re-done. She wanted me to be happy and feel, not just satisfied, but excited about my smile! I had a long process to get the beautiful teeth I have, but I had such a wonderful experience with this office that I was sad to have it end. I could never repay them for what they have given me. I am a performer and, thus, often on stage or in front of the camera. Therefore, I really longed for a white, yet natural and symmetrical smile. Now, I have perfect teeth! Ive had absolutely no problems. No pain. My new smile has helped my grinding, and given me a new sense of confidence. Now, thanks to this team and their phenomenal work--I have a smile that has truly changed my life! Thank Dr. Vakay and everyone at Haymarket Dental Complete Care! Doctor Moon and his staff are amazing people!! As soon as you walk in the office, you feel like a friend and not a patient. I have had a fear of dentist from the time I can remember. It took all I had to walk into a dentist office. Bad teeth run horribly in my family and I was no exception. I have looked for a dentist that would understand both of my concerns, I had no problem finding a good dentist that could do excellent work, however finding a great dentist was not as easy. I seen Doctor Moons website and the reviews and made a decision to give him a try, I was so GLAD I did. He is the perfect dream dentist!! He listens to every concern you have and really listens. He will talk to you about your options and lets you decide, I loved that. That alone is what makes him great in my book. I would never smile before I went to him, now I smile all the time. I have never in my life said this about a dentist nor did I ever think I would, but I am looking forward to the rest of the work I need to have done. While I was having my work done one of the staff members stood there and let me hold her hand, and that could be a dangerous thing. While Dr. Moon was working in my mouth, I bit him and he didnt kick me out, he laughed and made a joke. I have never walked in the door and not see everyone smiling like they really wanna be there and they really do care about you. I would like to say to everyone there THANK-YOU FOR GIVING ME MY SMILE AND CONFIDENCE BACK :-D Also after my gums were healing, I had some small discomfort, because my bone was making a point as it was healing. I called Dr. Moon on a Friday after hours and was able to help me with the pain and got me in there right away on Monday. After he did the work he needed to do to fix that bone, I had no pain at all not even from the incision he had to make. AWESOME DENTIST!!!!! Thank-you guys MK

First Review! I was not too long ago a first time patient at Dr. Moons practice. I found him on google with a host of other doctors and found some good reviews that made me go into his office. I was given an appointment quickly, and for a time I wanted in the near future. Im the type of person that if I have questions, I want them answered right away, not later. My teeth had been giving me some trouble, so Im glad they saw me quickly! I got in early, got my papers signed early, and I was seen earlier than I expected. I got to meet with Dr. Moon and he talked to me about all my options and answered all my fleeting questions. It was a such a great experience - I didnt feel rushed at all and his staff made sure I was comfortable. I actually got out with enough time to still grab some lunch before heading back into work. Ill definitely be back, and Ill let my friends know if they ever need a dentist to see Dr. Moon!

Every dentist I had ever been to used scare tactics and seemed more like pushy used care salesmen trying to convince me my teeth were rotting and I needed to spend $1000s of dollars on treatment to repair my teeth. I finally was in a position to seek out a new dentist in my area and Im glad I chose to see Dr. Moon at Haymarket Dental. They were very pleasant, thorough, and informative without harassing or trying to insight fear into me. In fact, they were very excited to look at and clean my apparently healthy teeth! They really instilled a great confidence in my dental health while still keeping me on track for regular dental care. I am really glad I chose Dr. Moon and his team to work on my teeth and now I am actually looking forward to my future visits!"
