A truly disappointing and awful experience dealing with this facility. I was a patient with PPH for over a year on Deprovera birth control where I found out on my own I had developed Cushings Syndrome and every appointment I was informing the nurses of my extreme side effects, (irregular bleeding, chronic head aches, sufficient weight gain, etc) and they continued to give me higher dosages instead of looking further into the problem. I now have Cushings Syndrome that I had to figure out from outside of PPH, and when I made a phone call to discontinue this medication, the nurse was laughing at me on the phone. I said "Excuse me? May I ask what seems to be so funny to you? Dont you think thats rather unprofessional to be laughing in a customers face?" She continued to laugh and said she thought it was funny that she didnt "understand what I was asking". I have been told different types of information on the same subject and I have a right to want to know exactly what they were putting into my body. She ended up just hanging up on me. Her name is LORI. Calling this place is a mess; on average I ALWAYS have to call a minimum of 5 times to be put on hold 10-15 minutes each time to simply schedule/reschedule my appointments. I do not recommend anyone to go to this location as every time I feel uncomfortable and unwelcome with these rude nurses. Its a shame a place can be ran so horribly that should be welcoming and comforting for womens health. I will be taking care of myself elsewhere and do not recommend this place to anyone ever.

Several years ago I was a patient at a private practice in Wilton for many years. On several occasions I was not seen right away for a isit. I decided to call Planned Parenthood who took me right away. Ive been going to the Bridgeport Planned Parenthood for years. My practioner is Laurie and I would not trade her for the world. The staff is extremely friendly. Anytime I need to be seen or just have a simple question, they are prompt with an answer and they make you feel like your the only focus....love it!

Ive never felt more comfortable than when I walked into this place , yes they can get busy but its bridgeport and the price is right so you gotta expect to wait ..... but besides that the people are so friendly the office is so clean , and the best part is the people are willing to work with you

Rude univiting nurses. Told me that I couldnt bring my partner in the room with me because it was the "rules" while at the other Planned parenthood it didnt seem to be the rules there. Nurse gave unnecessary attitude. Should be fired immediately. Not surprised given the location.

My experience was horrible..the lady at the front desk yelled at me in front of 5 other people not to mention she completely disregarded my privacy furthermore mentioned PRIVATE medical history out loud..

Not sex worker friendly. Told me I was "better than my job" and to go back to college. Also made comment about my weight. Long waiting room time, uneducated provider, rude front desk staff
