My son and I became ill over the 4th holiday and by the 5th, we visited the urgent care. We were assured that we had a viral respiratory infection and did not need any treatments. I went back once more and was given a cough suppressant and again assured of the same thing. 1 week after this, I decided to try a different urgent care and was diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia and actually given a chest X-ray and blood test to confirm as much. Unfortunately, that evening I had to be hospitalized due to the lack of attention given to my condition by this establishment. This was a severe infection and even at the 3 week point, I am still unable to breathe normally. Stony Creek in Orange was a much better practice. I do want to note that PhysicianOne did offer to wave the copay the day before I went to Stony Creek, but the receptionist on the phone had spoken to the doctor and assured me that antibiotics wouldnt help because the infection was viral. This was not true and I didnt feel well enough by this time to sit in the office only to be told this again. Instead of confirming my diagnosis through testing, I was put off until the infection got so bad it warranted hospitalization and two full rounds of steroids. I recommend trying some place else!

After 2 visits and 2 additional calls outside of that I got tired of dealing them and got a proper diagnosis somewhere else. PhysicianOne stated at the beginning viral pneumonia and prescribed nothing the first time. After a 2nd call I got prednisone and an inhaler. After a 2nd visit 7 days later I was berated that it had only been 2 days and Drs dont hand out antibiotics and I needed to EDUCATE MYSELF that viral means no antibiotics would work. My request the entire time has been why am I getting worse and why do you keep saying viral without a proper diagnosis, to which they never properly responded, only belittled me. The never took xrays. They refused to do a blood test to confirm viral or bacterial pneumonia. After a chest xray that showed BOTH lungs filled to 60% I was told I should be in the HOSPITAL but at least was given an antibiotic and a followup for 2 days later. Well see after having waiting this long if its too little too late and I end up there anyway. EDUCATE YOURSELF and do not go here. You literally risk dying from lack of proper diagnosis.

Do yourself a favor and go to a walk-in that has actual DOCTORS diagnosing and treating you. The nurses and physician assistants who work here are clueless. Twice now I have gone here and then gone to a different walk-in the next day to be properly diagnosed. I should have learned my lesson the first time. My most recent experience was feeling sick (achey, tired, swollen tonsils with white patches, cough) and was told there was nothing wrong with me, maybe I was having an "allergic reaction" ?? (what??) Now its 330 in the morning and I just woke up in a pool of sweat with a fever. I will be going to St. Vincents Walk-In in Shelton, who have always provided quality medical care for me.

Injured myself roller skating. Half hour to an hour wait at the Hospital. It was late Sunday afternoon and my husband had been to this walk before and recommended we go there, and I was greatful we did. No waiting. And although it was near closing the staff was very friendly and did not rush. They took some x-rays, splinted and the doctor discussed the care plan immediately following. Quality work, clean office, efficient friendly staff what more do you need. I would recommend this office and go there again if needed.

I went to Urgent Care because my throat hurt with white spots, body aches, my left side feels very weird, and Im super sleepy. I was tested for strep. Now that Im looking online for whats going on with my side, (I told her and then asked why my side feels weird. She said she didnt know )I have all the symptoms of mono....lets see what happens. If Im wrong I will change this review , and be upset about 2 Dr. bills, but after I get PROPERLY tested.

I have been going to physician one urgent care for over a new year from my sons high fever, my fractured ankle which they put in a cast , my daughters minor injury, fever, sprained ankle and I have always been treated with the outmost respect, caring, empathy, professionalism. The clinic is super clean and the service super fast. Its preferable than going to my pediatrician, family doctor. Thank you for taking such good care of us, Blanca m.

Everyone from the front desk to the take in nurse to the doctor were absolutely wonderful. Very caring--did not rush you and listen to what you had to say, which is quite unusual these days in a doctors office. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is an acute pain or cannot get to their regular doctor. I certainly will be back if the need arises. Thank you all for your care and concern. Kudos to ALL !!!

The place is very very clean HOWEVER I feel its the only thing they have going for them.... the one girl who seats at the front desk with the nose ring is very very very rude you ask her a question and she literally rolls her eyes at you and seems pretty much annoyed. The nurses however are very friendly and so are the doctors. When you are the person who everyone sees first you need to act professional and friendly......

I really appreciate all the support and calm comfort that was shown by everyone ; it was so awesome to feel like the doctor actually cared about what was going on withme instead of looking at me like another case gor the day Dr.Karen made me feel like i was being care for by my aunty she was the best i would not think twice about stopping in if my family or I were sick Thanks a bunch for all your help and support

The staff was very nice. I went in for some ear pressure issues (couldnt hear anymore for the last few days). I was concerned there was an infection. The doctor took one look and knew what was wrong. About 20 minutes of ear irrigation and I was on my way! Cost me $130. My ears are still ringing from all the water getting blasted in my ears but its so much better than before!

My experience at Urgent Care was great! I was seen within 20 minutes of being there by a very nice doctor. The building was very nice and extremely clean and my favorite show just happened to be on in the waiting room. They also called my prescription in for me rather then me waiting in the drop off line at the pharmacy. Im so glad I found this place and recommend it to anyone.

This is my second time coming here. I should have made a review the first time too. Both experiences were great. No long wait, very nice staff. This time I had Dr. Butler and a nurse named Yolanda. They were so easy to talk to...especially cause it was an uncomfortable thing to talk about lol. They smiled and listed and had good senses of humor. Ill go back here again for sure
