I have been bringing my three cats here for annual checkups and emergency visits for three years. The doctors, nurses, and front desk have never been anything less than absolutely professional. They are transparent about services and pricing, and I have never felt taken advantage of, which is worth noting if you ask me! I have had a few instances where I have called day of in a panic because my feline friends werent at their best, and they have always assured me over the phone and offered a time within the following few hours to see the doctor. When my cats have had to stay over night, they took great care of them! They are graciously accommodating if you stop in to visit with your pet. They have visiting rooms so you can spend some time with your pets uninterrupted and get an update about their health from the staff. Five stars, hands down. They have made a life-long client out of me. I would never take my pets anywhere else after experiencing this kind of care.

My first visit with my dog was amazing. He had split a toe nail very close and was in pain. Dr. Johnson and Andi were absolutely wonderful with him and he trusted them which doesnt usually happen with vet visits. They took really good care of him and explained his meds very well. Andi also made sure his gentle leader was on correctly (my first time using one and I needed a little help) and explained how to adjust it while she was doing it. They even understood when I called to tell them we were stuck in traffic and were going to be about 15 minutes late. They said it wasnt a problem and theyd be waiting when we got there. Ive never had that happen with any vet Ive gone to. I would recommend the 24th Street Animal Clinic to everyone...the staff is awesome and its the most affordable clinic Ive ever visited. Thank you so much!!

Absolutely fantastic! Based on location and cost, I was very pleasantly surprised at the clinic design: it is so large, clean, welcoming and vibrant! The staff and vet are so friendly and all clearly love animals. I had my medium-size dog fixed and they took excellent care of her, including two follow-up calls within 5 days just to check on her and make sure the healing process is going well. Honestly, I originally went here just because of the low-cost spay (half of what other offices were quoting) and I am now a permanent client. I strongly recommend 24th St. Animal Clinic to anyone, and have been recommending it to friends with pets regardless of whether they already have a vet.

I am beyond upset at this clinic. I had an appt for my mastiff today and was stuck in a room with Noone ever talking to us for over an hour. When we finally found someone they said theyd be right with us...then another 15 minutes and nothing...they closed and never saw my dog! Thanks to the horrible service my dog is now waiting to be seen at emergency vet to see someone who actually cares about whats happening to my dog. I used to think these people cared as much as I do about my dogs health...guess I was just lying to myself! Ill be sure to share this warning with as many people as I can...no pet parent should ever have to go thru this!

Dr. Hayes, Dr. Collins and Angela all went above and beyond to try and save my St. Bernard before, during and after foreign body surgery. Dr. Hayes and Angela performed a 5 hour surgery and almost 12 hours of care, and Dr. Collins stayed hours after the clinic closed on a Sunday to try corrective surgery after our dog suffered surgical complications. These people will always be considered family to us. Highly recommended, they really do care and put in the time and effort to do anything and everything they can.

Very friendly staff. You can definitely tell that these people love animals! I have 2 lab/husky puppies (Zeus and Palmer - both 5 months) and everyone at 24th St Animal Clinic was very helpful with all the questions I had. Both my puppies have skin issues and sensitive stomachs and Dr. Collins was extremely helpful with her recommendations to help them get better. Very friendly, very accommodating, very reasonable prices. We will definitely be back!

I started going here for my cats because it was close to where I lived. I moved out to 120th and Maple, and still only go there. When I got my second cat, she had a broken leg and was going to a different clinic. I couldnt get out of there fast enough to return to 24th street. The receptionists are fantastic, and actually recognize me and I come in. The vets are super nice and explain everything. Ive never seen a vet treat cats better

24th St. Animal Clinic is the best veterinarian office in Omaha hands down! Im from west omaha and am willing to travel all the way down to 24th st. because of the unparalleled level of professionalism, caring, and insight the staff offers at an incredibly reasonably rate. I am very pleased with their service and have been going there for the past 5 years and will continue to take my six pets there (3 dogs, 3 cats).

Our beagle had a cherry eye, and it eventually went away with medicine, but the first thing they recommend is surgery which she really didnt need. They also were going to charge us $750+ for cleaning the tartar off her teeth, where as at pitmans they charged $95 for cleaning her teeth and removing a papilloma from her mouth. They have friendly staff but they always recommend surgery and are way too overpriced

What a great place to take your pet; staff at desk were pleasant and friendly; Veterinarian and assistant very friendly, focused on pet and health concerns and gave advice without sales pitch; Offered suggestions for care of my cat without insulting my intelligence or over testing or prescribing for the cat. Well done.

Just called to make an appointment and the call was great! I stared out asking if they did appointments for guinea pigs and The receptionist could not hear me. It was so funny and we got a great laugh. Wasnt too much of a problem or anything it was more of a great time. I love the receptionist and she was very nice.

They lie and cheat you to get more money out of you. They told me one thing and charged me ridiculously and then told my fiance another and told me they charged me the wrong price but would not refund the money they took. I would not recommend going here. Worst experience I have ever had at a vet clinic.

Rude and they cheat you out of your money last time i went they tried to make me pay things that they didnt even do to my pup. They only want money i so going to another vet. Also when i called they said they would call me back in a few but they never called and my pup was really sick

Needed to get my cat her rabies shot and exam, they were super friendly, took great care of us and I would highly recommend them. Pricing seemed average and it did take a week to get in, but I think thats because it wasnt an emergency. It was clean and smelled fresh.

Im picky when it comes to clinics. This facility a great place for those who worry tremendously about their pets. Recently, we put our dog down, (16 years old) and they handled the entire procedure smoothly and efficiently. They care about animals, and it shows.
