What a horrible clinic! We will never put our dog in their care ever again. Our dog ate some poison- we called them and they would not take him at all because they stopped seeing patients at 4:30. That also, we had to make appointment and there wa no appointments left. It was around 3:45 on and we only lived 10 minutes away. We we were told to drive over an hour away to mesquite to the emergency vet hospital. They didnt care if our dog lived or died. They would not make any exceptions or even had anyone that was willing to stay for an emergency like this one. We have been going to this clinic for 2.5 years and this is how they treat an emergency situation within our dog? No one should go to this clinic. If you have any emergency with your pet, here are the raw facts about this vet clinic. They dont care if your dog or pet dies.

We brought our Toby here twice for injuries. The first time was about 8-9 years ago and he was very well cared for. He recovered and lived a great life. Sadly, he was brought here again a couple weeks ago after being hit by a car (he got loose) and they took him in immediately. His injuries were too severe and we had to let him go. : ( They were very compassionate. Toby was our first pet and he meant so much to my family and I. This week we received a letter in the mail. It didnt say who it was from, but it was signed by the staff and inside it read, "May you find peace and love in your cherished memories." On the outside it said, "Some friends leave a mark so deep that it becomes hard to forget them..." How thoughtful of them. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Thanks for all you do!

Time had come for a very tough decision for our 17 year old Siamese. the staff and Vet were very caring and sensitive to her and me. They treated her 16 year old sister with the same care as we took care of a respiratory infection. A week later I received a "sympathy" card signed by the entire staff. (which I still have and cry when I look at.) Only another pet owner can understand how much we love our pets and what this means to us. I have now seen both Doctors and Im sure most of the staff. I am overjoyed with this veterinary Clinic.

First time experience went really well. They were running behind, but I work in medical, so I understand. We were there for follow up shots and once we were back it was quick, efficient and cheap. I also love how they give vienna sausage as treats instead of those super cheap rock hard ones. Update: got a new puppy, saw worms, called and they got medication ready instantly (we had just been there the wk before but this poor puppy was in such bad shape). Even came to pick up the meds during their lunch break but they were super friendly about it!

The people here are very rude. Iv gotten two dogs spayed here and first time they just took her without letting me say bye and the second time Im alone in the lobby and two females were talking in the back room very loudly about another female and how she was disgustingly ugly. Not sur the if it was a customer but this is still very unprofessional. I only went to this location instead of risinger because my dogs are from the shelter.

While traveling, I brought my dog to this vet clinic for a coat/skin issue. After I went back to my dogs primary care vet, he said my dog didnt need the $70.00 in shampoos, and medications that the Terrell vet had prescribed. The girls that work there are very charming, but dont get suckered in like I did.

Not sure how this place has such good reviews. The ladies here are so rude. Even on the phone trying to set up a appointment you get attitude like they dont want to be at work. Just go to Reisinger. Its right down the road and those people are actually nice.

Very responsive and caring. Staff is consistent...you see the same people each time. Not a lot of staff turnover. Dr, New is sharp and up to speed on the latest cures and also has an intuitive sense that goes beyond text book.

We take all of our pets here, and have nothing but good things to say. Everything from routine shots to saving our baby from parvo. These guys are awesome, professional, and kind. Love the crew at TVC.
