Hands down the best dentist office i have had the pleasure to be serviced at. 10/10 I definitely would recommend! The facility is very clean from the tools to the bathroom. When you call their lovely receptionist Jasmine will answer, she is very polite and will help you make your appointment or answer any questions you may have. They are very flexible, and often have same-day or next-day appointments available!!! I got multiple fillings done by the wonderful Dr. Bilal. I was pretty scared to be numbed with the needle, however Dr. Bilal was very gentle, he and his awesome dental assistant Courtney (Whos voice is very soothing) talking me through the process and made it bearable. Along the way they made sure to inform me on the next steps, made sure i was comfortable, and answered any questions i had. During the procedures you are in a great environment, the chairs are comfortable, and they play music for you. The next day I came in for a cleaning done by the beautiful Dental Hygienist Olivia. She was kind, amusing, told me tips on how to care fore my teeth and sent me home with some helpful goodies. Overall you will have a GREAT experience here!

Their receptionist Jazmine is amazing ..I have personally seen her help and unhappy clent leave happy a situating in which a lot of employees would have been frustrated and rude she kept calm and respectful and with me she was wonderful and I found her a joy to talk to while I was waiting for my Dr Mirza wich also did a great job and took her time one me. I will definitely keep coming back.

This was by far the best dental visit Ive ever had. The office is gorgeous& high tech. The staff is so welcoming, the made any anxiety I had disappear. I had questions about my insurance and the office manager was able to give me info right away. The Dental assistant and the Dr. explained everything to me so I was comfortable. They even played Netfix for me! I would highly recommend!

Olivia and Courtney are amazing! Dr Mirza is thorough and has great bedside manner! I would and will recommend to anyone and everyone. Best dentistry in Waterbury and surrounding towns. Ive had terrible experiences and had a fear of dentist until now!

Such a great atmosphere from Jasmine at the front desk to Courtney in the back explaining the procedures in detail. I will never go anywhere else, and Ive already recommended this office and the doctors to all my friends and family.

Very nice, clean, state of the art office. I was impressed the second I walked in the door! The doctor and staff are friendly and caring, my kids felt so comfortable with them. I highly recommend them for the whole family!

the male doctor was not gental , he drilled in to my lip and then accused me of biting it he also put a crown over my tooth without properly cleaning it , the worst experience iv ever had .
