For years I had white composites on my 4 front teeth. They looked beautiful for about 1 year and eventually they would chip, yellow and craze. Honestly, I didnt think I had any options. I never really even thought about any possible options. Dr. Korrecki stop by the dental hygienists office to complete my exam. And "viola," from that moment on things drastically changed and fast! Dr korrecki discussed Dental Veneers. And I thought, "No, Not for me!" He explained exactly what dental Veneers can do for me. Thank you for the invaluable information on Veneers and if it wasnt for you, Id still be with my composites today. I completely had a "misconception" about Veneers. Thank you, Dr Helmes. We sat down together with pictures of teeth that I admired and taking diligent notes to send off to the lab. I Could not have moved forward without you. You are an artist! Understanding each and every individual is a gift. Together, we worked so hard to get my veneers to my liking. So off to the lab for a few more tweaks of beveling and Belling. Your patience during the entire process made me very happy. (And I truly enjoyed setting up, on your window ledge, my makeup and mirror. This enabled me to get a true look as to what my new Veneers would look like before they were cemented in place.) A few words for the staff. Sue you are my favorite Dental Hygienist and love talking about antiques with you. Thank you Lisa for popping in to see how it was going and always smiling. Angelica you are wonderful for showing me your beautiful Veneers and the expert on making my retainers. Maria, your patience and kindness during the entire process, was gratefully appreciated because you know how "particular" I can be! Thank you Jackie for my Veneer "Payment Options." Thank you Barbara for being so pleasant on the phone. April thanks for being at the office early should I need to call. I love my Veneers! So smooth and so beautiful! Surprised by big bill... You may not be able to afford their services, and you wont find out until afterwards. I called ahead to see if my insurance would be accepted, and they told me that my insurance company would pay 80%. They gave me an estimate on the work to be done, just over $200. When I wanted confirmation on this, they said submitting it for review with insurance would take up to 3 weeks, and that the estimate would probably be right, give or take about $50, and I had nothing to worry about. So, I did the work. Low an behold, the insurance company only pays 80% of what they think you should pay. My bill was $1000. The costs must be high in comparison with other places in the area, they should be more understanding that they are out of some peoples budget. The office staff was not understanding towards me when they hit me with the bill. They should realize that their services are expensive to some people and be more honest and upfront (Im 26 with a good job but I have other bills and school loans). If a misunderstanding takes place they should take some responsibility, I for example would have appreciated an apology and even a minor discount. This might not be directly their fault, and I learned to double check costs the hard way. Nice office, very friendly staff for the most part, and if you are turned on by state of the art dental technology, this is for you. But if they arent in network, dont buy the 80% line.

I was a patient there about 2 years ago, had invisalign, spent so much money to get negative results. I had to have them put on twice because the front teeth were not aligning correctly. Ultimately Dr. Helm created this gap thinking that my teeth were going to align and unfortunately it did not leaving me with a gap. To top it off, the office wanted to charge me an additional charge for the bonding that she had to do too correct the problem. Of course I fought that!!..Still two years later my teeth looks like nothing was ever done!...What kills me and burns me to this day is how the staff feeds you this lie that your teeth are looking beautiful and this and that. I wonder if they are trained to do that, "SMH" I did post a negative review in their webpage and someone called to speak to me about it. I refused to speak to them because even if they wanted to fix the issue I am sure is going to cost me more money and I will NOT give them another cent. All I am saying is read the contract!!! Everything...make sure that what they are promising you is listed in that contract or else you will be highly disappointed. For those who had great results, CONGRATULATIONS...you were lucky!

Absolutely the best,from the first step in the door. Courteous and professional,and friendly like a family. After full reconstruction,bridges,root canals,gum surgery...etc all procedures explained thoroughly before,during,and follow-up after with co-operation and input from whole team.Even w/several multi-hour visits,all assistants,office personal,and DDS,s were involved and working together.On 2occasions,urgent adjustments needed after hours.Recieved call back within 15min,and was met at office within 1/2hour!! Have never been this comfortable not only with the cosmetics,but my primary Dr.says has also aided with prior digestive issues. Definately one of the best investments I,ve ever made. After 30yrs of neglect,am enjoying every meal,and SMILE. !!

I went in for a cleaning feeling like I had crud on my teeth in my mouth even though it had only been 6 months. I came out refreshed from the talk with Susan who cleaned my teeth and moving my tongue over the smooth clean shining teeth. Great feeling!~ In addition to that, I must say that the implant I got turned out perfect. I appreciated the depth of the review of my medical history that could predict if I would be a good candidate or not. Plus, the use of technology so surpasses what some others could do. Where else can one see their whole jaw of teeth to the bone above the roots? Also, when fitting a temporary, who else could make it fit so well that one forgets that it is in as a temporary.

Dr. Quitner and his staff are simply the best at what they do. They are continually striving for excellence and take the utmost care of their patients. They are always on top of their game and make sure they are aware of and fully trained on the latest and greatest equiptment and proceedures. Their customer care is second to none. In a world full of people, most of whom are too busy to care, it is refreshing to be greeted with a genuine smile when you walk through their doors. I have been with Dr. Quitner and his team for almost 18 years and I cant imagine going anywhere else. At this point, theyre like my family!

I can say, unequivocally, that Dr. Alex Quintner is one of the best dentists that has ever worked with me. He was not afraid to take me on as a patient even though my medical history and dental problems are complex. The office staff is always kind and professional. The cost of service is well within the market expectations for this area. Dr. Quintner has always listened to my concerns. He and his staff have always accommodated my special needs, and I am grateful. He gives a good shot, as well (and thats a plus for me because Im not the easiest patient to deal with when it comes to injections)!
