Dr. Ko has been taking care of my familys dental needs for more than 10 years. We have found him to be exceptionally skillful and I have referred numerous friends and co-workers to him. They have also found Dr. Ko and his staff to be skilled, professional, and very attentive to their needs. I just want to share how well Dr. Ko took care of me during a recent crisis. My two front teeth were hit while I was playing basketball late last Wednesday afternoon. I was able to reach the office manager and explain my situation. She set me up with an appointment with Dr. Ko first thing the next morning, despite his busy schedule. After he took an x-ray, he determined that two of my front teeth had been broken and that I needed immediate surgery. Conducting this emergency procedure that took more than three hours. but Dr. Ko successfully implanted two teeth for me, with temporary crowns. Now I can eat and smile again! Without his immediate care, I would have been laid up and unable to work for days. Dr. Ko was a true life saver to me in this situation!

Have been coming to Dr. B since early childhood and have been a patient of his and staff for over twenty years. Always have a positive experience during cleanings and dental work/procedures!! Cindy is the best hygenist!! Lorraine at the reception desk is also very knowledgable and sweet to ease the pre-chair nerves and will go out of her way to help with information!! I have a lot of sensitivity and have had a lot of work done but the nerves are always calmed by gentle (but extremely thorough) cleaning and nice/friendly staff. Would recommend for any age patient for anything from cleanings, exams, xrays, to fillings and crowns :)

Dr Bencivengo has been my familys dentist for over 30 years. My wife and I both get routine cleanings and actually enjoy going to get our teeth cleaned. Dr B is always very careful and attentive during procedures. I recently needed a few old fillings replaced and they did an excellent job, upgrading me to a newer style filling. After having a few appointments to get this work done, everything went well. Dr B fixed me right up and his staff, as usual, took good care of me. I highly recommend Dr B and his staff should anyone ever ask me.

Great dental office ! From the hygienist up to Dr Ko & Dr Bencivengo. The staff is friendly , professional and extremely efficient! I must also acknowledge the front desk & billing staff ! They are top notch and are very flexible with appointments as well as billing and insurance questions. Vivian specifically was a tremendous help with an insurance submission issue that was quickly resolved due to her expertise. I highly recommend this dental office ! -Scott Greenlaw

I had my first cleaning at Dr. Bencivengo and Kos office today and it was a wonderful experience. I had the same dentist and hygienist my entire life in New Orleans so I had been putting off getting since Ive moved up here out of nervousness but everyone in the office was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Quick and easy cleaning, I had nothing to worry about and they were a joy to be around.

The reception/check-out staff are kind and pleasant to interact with; my hygienist, Eden is extremely thorough, professional and good-natured; and Dr. Ko is a top-notch dentist with a calming disposition and gentle touch. I love this office!!! Everyone is very friendly and family like. My whole family comes here. Dr. Ko started seeing my daughter since her first tooth and he was very caring and gentle. She loves going to the dentist and shes 4 now. My husband used to hate dentists and ever since he started going to Dr. Ko he says he would not change him.. Best dentist ever!!!!!!

Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, but Dr. Ko is really wonderful. He and his entire staff of dental hygienists are patient, gentle, and wonderful. I have had several cavities filled by Dr. Ko with no pain at all. I highly recommend this office. Great staff, great doctors and you will leave with great teeth!!!

I started seeing Dr. Bencivengo when I first moved to Bristol 9 years ago. I havent lived in Bristol for about 5 years, and going there to see Dr. Bencivengo is not at all convenient to where I live now, but I still do it because hes that good! Best dentist I ever had, and I love his hygienists and front desk staff too!
