I was referred to this office by my dentist to get my wisdom teeth removed. I had a consultation with Dr Herriott who my sister had gotten her wisdom teeth removed from. We scheduled my extractions for the following week. That morning I was surprised when Dr Ean (who I hadnt met) walked in instead with no explanation. The extractions went well as far as I know and everything healed fine with what I assume was a normal amount of jaw pain having no other experience to judge from. The main reason for my poor review is in August of 2013 I got a statement from the office saying I had a zero balance. Out of the blue I got a statement in October 2014 saying I still owed money and it was being sent to the debt collectors. When I called to try to clear this up I was put on hold for an hour and had to hang up and call back. They had no record of me making a payment the day of my extraction, although I had multiple statements from their office saying I had. After almost 2 hours and having to scan and send that statement hopefully everything is cleared up but in my opinion their record keeping could use some work.

I had seen my Dentist to have a manual tooth extraction with novocaine. Unfortunately, he was unable to get the tooth numb. After 3 unsuccessful attempts it was decided that I would need to have IV sedation for the extraction with an oral surgeon. After the novocaine wore off I was in agony and desperate. The next day, My dentist called Dr. James Evans office and they took me right away. His staff was friendly, supportive and extremely accommodating during such a traumatic/painful time. Dr. James Ean was kind and efficient and apologized for making me wait. (Very nice of him but he was doing me a favor!) Thank you so much for coming to my rescue!

I had all my wisdom teeth extracted a few days ago, i was put to sleep for it all and was pretty loopy after i woke up so a staff member helped my fiance get me out to the car and everything. They were all very nice and helpful I felt very comfortable during the entire visit.

Dr. James was awesome. I had an extraction and an implant the same appt! Only took about 40 min and no pain at all(except injection) the entire staff was very nice and accomidating. I felt relaxed during the whole precedure.!!! That should say it all
