This was VERY BIZARRE. I had an appointment for 9:30am I arrived at 9:35 am. When I approached the front desk the lady behind the desk did not greet me at all. I saw a clipboard and asked if that was the sign in sheet? She said yes. There were two others in the waiting room who did not have an appointment. One patient walked out then the lady behind the counter disappeared and never returned! I waited until 9:50, 15 minutes after I arrived, 20 minutes after my "appointment time" whatever that means. I walked in the back and called out for someone to assist me and no one answered. I could hear voices behind one closed door, but I allowed an additional few minutes to pass and STILL NO ONE came to the front desk...very weird. At that point I left because I did not have confidence in whoever was drawing blood that day and working at the lab would do it correctly. The atmosphere was very unprofessional and no communication to the folks waiting, WOW. Unless it is a matter of life and death for me, I will NEVER return to this facility EVER again...too strange.

Bro this needle slid in like butter, pain free. she was such a pro. Plus theyre open late for my stagnant lifestyle... I even forgot all my paperwork and they helped me fax it through! F$&K QUEST this was the best phlebotomist Ive ever had and I get more blood work than Charlie Sheen and Gary Bucey combined
