I had to get my blood drawn for a test. Normally I get really woozy and I occasionally pass out. I asked if it was OK for my mom to go back there with me in case I did pass out. They did not let her go back there with me and they were not very gentle when inserting the needle and holding it in place. I have had my blood drawn many times before but it was never as uncomfortable as it has been at this location.

Walk in... he went to speak and say, hello." Write your name and have a seat", no good morning or hello, no customer service... No smile, no nothing, just rude. And then to be in the lobby you can hear the lady say.. just urinate dont wash hands or flush... I feel like I i am in high school again with the school nurse, and everybody can hear my busisness. But I am not taking the test...thank God.

The staff was not friendly whatsoever. my employer has not received my labs after a whole week and I try and call the litchfield location and all I get every time is a long ass recording and at the end of the recording to "speak with a rep" it has a tone to leave a message. Every time. When a company has no way for a patient to call and speak with anyone thats a huge problem.

I dont know why everybody is complaining about this location. The staff is great and I have never had to wait an unreasonable time appointment or not. Maybe it is because I can read that this location has certain priority patients at certain time and dont go there during those time. Or possibly, it is because I am not rude to the staff and therefore they are not rude to me.

GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION IF YOU CAN!!!! Piss poor level of customer service . Ive never seen so many customers waiting in a waiting room. Just to pee on a freaking cup... I had to sit on the floor and when they finally called my name I saw one chick in the back on her phone doing nothing and another lady was doing online shopping.

Worst experience ever! I said good morning I didnt even get acknowledged, They were not busy I was the only one at the time... Horrible customer service. One was online shopping while the other just sat and did nothing... Horribly rude staff will never go again! Hopefully they read these reviews and change their attitudes!!!

This place is horrible they are rude. Was on hold for 45minutes before they hung up on me. There for I had to drive there just to get info. Worst experience ever!!! If there are any good reviews on here u know it was done by someone that works there

This location is efficient. No the staff isnt friendly but I wouldnt be too friendly either handling piss all day, so I try to make the staff smile and tell them thank you.

Appointment for 2:15, didnt get in until 3:30 pm until after all the walk ins were finished. Not sure if all Labcorp are this bad but try another location if you can.
