Horrible experience . Went in for blood work . Signed in at 7:38 a.m. and was not called in until 10:42a.m. Somewhere in between waiting and before actually being called to the back, I was called to front desk for them to get a copy of insurance card and also to hold my debit card , per new system policy to give an estimate if insurance dont cover lab work, yet they say the card will not be ran (then why need the debit card) never heard of that but ok whatever., basically they give a generic answers because they dont like anyone to ask questions and they have no costumer service skills.. Wait and wait and wait yet again until finally get called back for blood work at 10:42 a.m. come back out 10 min later and ask for my insurance card back and of course ! Same Einstien who gives the generic attitude answers also gave my insurance card to someone else because shes not paying attention (Shocker)! Be prepared for unprofessional and lousy customer service if you decide to go to this location .

Every time I go to this location its always the same thing - very bad service. The staff makes you feel that YOU are causing them extra work. Yesterday I went in and the room was packed. I waited one and half hours and no one had called me to review my paperwork. First this is unacceptable and inefficient way to run the office. I went to window to ask why its taking so long and I got a smug response that they only have two people drawing blood. I had fasted for my blood work and my blood sugar was low, started to shake, and no one cares at this location. The time I had wasted at this location is unbelievable. I will never go back again. Im contacting Medicare and letting them know how LabCore operates their business. Everyone needs to contact their insurance company and complain about LabCores lack of professionalism. This is the only way to get LabCore to change or get another lab to draw blood.

First, dont do walk ins; GO ONLINE AND MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT. There is always a little wait, but if you walk in be prepared to be there for a while. The staff that I have experienced while there have been average with their interaction with patients. Not the best people skills for most of them. However there are a couple that are kind. I highly recommend that all parents taking their young child (under 10, or doesnt do well with needles) to get a blood draw; Try and REQUEST that Mike (Michale R.) Attend your child. He is super kind, helpful, and very proficient in his job. He has a great way with kids. He has successfully drawn from all 3 of our kids(ages, 9,3, 11months), even after others had failed. My Husband & I have been to this office numerous times, for ourselves and our children; but when it comes to the kids, we will only let him draw blood from them.

HORRIBLE experience !!!!!!!! I Do not recommend, never will I go back to this location, very inexperienced they poke toddlers multiple times , on another visit they had attempted to draw blood without turnakit on, and they left turnakit over 2 minutes on a toddler with small veins well they left the room (not okay!!) I felt I had to make this review , very rude and horrible customer service experience, accept the man who works there he is very helpful and always gets it on the first try , oh and I asked what a medical term another nurse used and she told me she didnt no what it meant and that she doesnt do that !! Worse experience I ever went through ever in my life and the wait time is ridiculous and they are very unorganized. One star is to much

Horrible! Took my 2 year old son for blood work and he was poked 4 times!! The first lady who was trying to get his blood seemed like she didnt know what she was doing! She looked for his veins for forever ! she tried poking his right arm, when she stuck the needle in it came right back out & poked him again on the way out, then right after that she tried again on another vein & this time it went in but she let it slip out again! By this time she kept saying that that never happen to her before. She asked for another doctor to come in & he did it just fine on his first try! My son was so upset & scared out of his mind! DO NOT GO HERE, UNPROFESSIONAL & THE STAFF ISNT EVEN WELCOMING OR FRIENDLY

I just completely exhausted myself by trying to get here before five ... some people cant get here before five....and I somehow surprisingly make it. By the time I got to the door it was 459 and they have the doors locked. I saw a man sitting there, geeky looking guy really around head and glasses, and I tapped on the window and put my hands up and just looked at him all sad like please one last person if you could. I have to have my labs done before my doctors appointment and he would not do it absolutely ridiculous and Im going to try to get a hold of corporate . I mean technically those doors shouldnt have been locked until five right?

In comparing to other Labcorp locations, there is no privacy sign to allow one patient at the window at one time. In fact they often call 2 patients to the window at a time, absolutely no privacy!! There is no TV. The chairs appear as if they have never been wiped down or disinfected. The older lady at the front talks about David Copperfield, the weather, her missing glasses, and her mildly retarded brother aloud while patients wait patiently to be checked in. Absolutely no customer service or common courtesy and extremely unorganized!!

This is reluctantly now the second visit tht Ive had to this location. So incredibly rude, unprofessional, not to mention the lack of concern for even just a pinch of decent customer service. Not only did i have to wait for a half hour the first visit only for them to look at the order and send me away because I hadnt been fasting or instructed to do so. But here on my second visit ive already been here 45 minutes and havent so much as been asked to the counter or called up. This is no way to run a business

i came in without appointment and the wait was very long so i left a made appointment...came back i arrived at 11:45am my appointment was at 12noon sing in sat for 20 minutes and no one called in...the front desk gentleman...was doing something else than taking care of the sing in list..mno greetings, no smiles...very poor customer service...next time i will drive further to see of other lanbs care and provide good customer service.

Extremely unorganized and very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment, after a few walk-in got called back before I did, I asked if having an appointment doesnt matter, they didnt even realize I was a scheduled appointment. Doesnt make any difference if you register online, they dont pull that info. Will not return to this lab for further lab draws. Would rather drive out of my way next time.

This place needs their staff either retrained or they need new employees that want to work. We waited for 2 hrs. The guy w earrings at front desk was rude when I asked how much longer.
