If I could give this a lower rating I would. Every time I go to this place I get mistreated. My doctor told me to fast before my test. I have diabetes and fasting is always a hard thing for me to do. First off I requested the woman tech because the last time the man hurt me and thats what I was told to do. That pissed her off so she took the person that came in after me. When she finally took me I asked her to please use the butterfly needle. This is due to have rolling veins and scar tissue. Using a butterfly needle helps alleviate some of the pain. The tech rolled her eyes at me said rude things. Basically tells me Im stupid and trust in God. She refuses to use the butterfly. She told me that if we use the butterfly needle shell have to stick me twice. The last time I was there the sink did not work in the bathroom . I needed to give a urine sample. So I proceeded to ask which bathroom had a working sink. The lady Was rude and said they all work. After Im done with my business I put soap on my hands and try to turn on the water. The water wont come on. So I have to go outside and wash my hands at the the tech station. Everybodys knows after you use the bathroom youre supposed to wash your hands due to germs. What kind of an establishment especially a medical one doesnt fix their sinks so you can wash your hands after youre done going to the bathroom? I keep giving them chance after chance and every time you let me down. By the time I got out of there my blood sugar had dropped and I was in tears. I will not be coming back !

Went in for a routine drug screening. The lady I had was rude. When she had called me back she was already im the room waiting. I went to the counter and heard her yell im waiting for you in the room. How was I suppose to know when you didnt come to the door. Then she said I dont think your purse will fit in the lock box, which she never said where the lock box was at. When I find the lock box in the restroom I told her it wont fit and ill take it to the car. She was rude and said I knew it wouldnt fit I dont know why you even brought it in. Sorry I have belongings on my person thatI do not want in my car to be stolen. When she collects and finishes up the paperwork she hands me a ticket which my company does not accept. When I explained this to her she said that dont know how to do her job and thats what they get. I again said that my company emphasized that we get our carbon copy back and she began to curse and argue that they need to write Quest Diagnostics that they want there carbon copy back. Why would a company hand you paperwork with carbon copies for you not to get one. I will never go back to quest. They have rudest most ignorant peopleworking there. Sorry if you hate your life but dont take it out on others.

I went in to Quest for blood tests on two items. One code the phlebotomist did not know what it was for. He asked me and I said it was for testing for some kind of enzyme. He still seemed puzzled, shrugged his shoulders, took out a vial, and drew my blood. I assumed he took blood for both items. Days went by and no results were coming in to my drs. office. My drs. office kept calling and was told they would have the results soon. Finally, after a week the drs. office received a paper report which noted that the phlebotomist NEVER even drew blood for that particular test. The vial of blood he took was only for the other test. That phlebotomist should have done some research, asked someone else, looked the code up in a book, something so that he could have taken that blood test that I needed. That was totally unethical to ignore a drs. order for a blood test!

I had the worst experience at this location, the black woman who took my blood was so rude and nasty an showed a hate for white people, when I asked her one simple question she refused to answer, when I asked the same question " How many vials do you have to take?" she snapped at me and said Im busy, even though she was less then one foot away from me. I am alerting my doctor. The woman called me by my last name. I arrived first thing in the morning, 6:30am, only 3 other people where there so she was not busy. I am also going to blog that people choose another diagnostics company, if this is how they treat patients. I requested to my doctor to go here. She needs to be fired that is how hateful she was. I contacted their corporate offices on this horrible event that they research who drawn my blood on 3/13/2015. This was at the West Lake Mead Las Vegas location.

Took my 4 year old daughter to this location the technician who was supposed to draw her blood couldnt find my daughters vein and wiggled the needle until he called for help. The lady who helped did the other arm since "they needed more blood" but she didnt struggle at all with finding her vein The first guy wanted to say it was my daughters fault because "she moved" which she didnt. It was obvious he didnt know how to do his job. I didnt get his name but he was a much older man about 5feet tall with glasses and heavy accent. Never coming back to this location. I already felt bad for her since shes only 4 and this man made everything worse. They had to poke both arms. Worst experience ever.

The waiting area was hot, dingy, and dank. The line just to check in was 15+ extending to the door while only one person was checking people in. After 30 minutes I made it to the head of the line and the receptionists simply stood up and left. After about 5 minutes a different person showed up to check me in. Total time from entering the office to leaving was over an hour, and they werent that busy frankly. The employees were obviously overworked and were cheery despite it. People who generally go to this place are not here because they are healthy and making them stand for lengthy amounts of time just to check in says alot about the management/ownership.

When they seated me, the nurse jabbed me right away then wiggled it around in my arm, THEN said she needed help. I started blacking out, my hearing faded out and I broke out into sweat. I had to be fanned, ice packed and wheel chaired to a room with a bed. As I laid on the bed, the nurse made fun of me! Can you believe that? Its their fault they didnt stick me right the first time. Then the nurse that made fun of me, quickly and with NO care at all, stuck me and took my blood. She was so rough and she literally RIPPED the needle out of my arm! Worse experience ever.
