TERRIBLE experience. The lady who took my blood was obviously having a bad day.. She had a really bad attitude problem asking why I was coming in twice to get blood work and why I was having so much blood work done (as if its any of her business) When she finally quit complaining and took my blood she says "You have nice vains" CLEARLY she was mad or she just cant do her job because my vain blew and my arm swelled up like a golf ball. Days later half of my arm was covered in bruises. AVOID THIS PLACE. TRUST ME.

I make an appointment on their website at 1:45pm and l wait until 3:00pm . Five people after me was out before me.I ask one of the staff name Lory very rude by the way. I ask her that why people after me was treating before me without an appointment and she just said that she was coming back from lunch .I said that is not fair and she said that dont take it on her. I was asking just a question and she was very rude with an attitude.

Horrible experience. Will never use Quest again. We were told you didnt need an appointment so we walked in for my husbands labs. As others came in, his name kept getting pushed to the end of the list, apparently because the others had an appointment. We walked out after an hour of waiting. Went back the following week with an appointment, then they said they didnt have the orders. Theres more but Im done giving them my time.

Just patient info this location is in the Del webb medical bld at the st rose hospital campus. It is always best to make appointments and arrive on time 20 mins prior prefered. Only 10 min leway for appt. Busy site . we take pride in servicing you in the best way we can . Every patient is unique and we asses them accordingly in the best way we possibly can. I hope this info helps for future visits.

Had my lab work done this morning (January 28th) at about 6:20 a.m. There was only one Phlebotomist working at the time. She was a Black Female. She did an excellent job doing the blood draw. I appreciate it when they follow proper SOPs. My last experience here was very bad so it was refreshing to have had such a pleasant experience today. Kudos.

Went in for a federal DOT drug test, "form fox" doesnt support DOT drug test. So theyre supposed to do it manually but didnt have the required documents at their location. And didnt know that I knew theyre supposed to have a minimum of 25 forms at their location at all times so they lied and said it was the employers fault.

This place is hard to find if you dont have a GPS, they dont tell you that it is inside the ST Rose Parkway hospital compound, and when you call the the 866 number, you cannot find help. I have to find their old number so I could find direction. It is inside the hospital compound in a building call the Del_Web building.

Why in the world do they have an estimated wait time for signing in and turning in paperwork? I dont care about how long THAT takes. I care about how long before getting called in to complete the tests. Told us 45 minutes, and weve been here for almost an hour and a half and counting.

HORRIBLY!!! whether you make an appt online or walkin. Horribly people skills. Been coming over for a year and its worst than ever! Lab work were for my husband and mother! RUN!!!!! Youll leave with an anxiety attack before your lab work is done.

Arrived at 4:55 just to drop off specimen. They were already closed. They are suppose to close at 5:00 as Per their signage. I hope they take the specimen tomorrow. No direction as to how I should keep the specimen. Not a great first impression

Its always a madhouse for those who dont set an appointment. Staff are hard working and tolerate a lot of idiots so give them a break there doing their job as fast as they can.

This location seems to be a busy one. Youre very best bet is to make an appointment online. I was out of there in about 25 minutes, versus a 2 hour walk-in wait time.

Almost impossible to find. Clerks are rude. You cant call for help. Its like they get you step up to have a terrible time from the very start.
