Staff was friendly. However if I come into to get blood drawn and tell you from the get go that my veins are stubborn, maybe learn to listen to me. I told the techs that my hand is the best place to get it from... but what do they do instead, poke around 4 other places, causing multiple bruises before trying my hand. Finally tried the hand and wow what do you think happened, they were able to get blood. Wouldnt go to Quest if it wasnt my only option with insurance. The techs really need to learn to listen to their patients.

Horrible customer service and rude. I was dropping off a urine test that needed to be kept cold and I asked politely if they could put it in the refrigerator or on ice. They said it was "okay." Even though the sample has been outside long enough to be room temperature. Literally 3 receptionist hanging around in the back for 7 minutes while 3 people waited in line in the lobby.

Talk about the phone menu from hell,,,I want to talk to a live person when I call a business like this... I have several tests that need to be done and your phone menu did not give me the option for the numerous tests I need to run... So now I have to drive to your office to talk to someone to ask the questions your phone menu could not answer... VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Terrible customer service. Receptionist refused to let me pay there and insisted they billed me. Then i told the woman who drew my blood everything the doctor told me and she told me i was lying and my doctor told me no such thing. I left in tears. Never have i been treated so poorly.

Front desk lady so ignorant & rude!!! Tried her hardest to not help anyone, shocking attitude!!! Wanted to ignore everyone just tell them sign in regardless of what anyone asked her!!! However Irena who drew my blood was awesome very nice & did a great job & I was in & out fast!

This was my worst experience having blood drawn. Irina was extremely rude. She told me my paper from my doctor "wasnt an order" but did the lab work anyway. When she told me to breathe she said I was doing it wrong way. By that time it was too late. Absolutely unprofessional.

The phone number is wrong! You cant even get to a live person this is crazy. Spent a whole hour on the phone trying to get a live representative!
