Went early to have blood drawn for lab work. The person behind the desk ignored me when I wanted to ask if my blood work request was there. After standing waiting for her to acknowledge me I finally asked if she could check to see if my paper work was there. She was very rude and said, "can I just do this other thing first!!!!". I sat and waited. She finally flipped through a few papers and said it wasnt there. Then when I was trying to call my doctors office she asked for my birth date so she could look it up electronically. She quickly said it wasnt there either. Later I called another labcorp location and they said it was there electronically and the person at this office should have seen it. Very poor customer service. Very rude.

Lied to, no food money for at least a week! They FORCED my wife to either use debit or credit so my wife, distraught with the thought of a miscarriage handed over our debit card. They said they would send a bill and NOT debit the account. Well they sure did anyways, no bill, no warning, 300 bucks pulled from the account. You can imagine where this can be a problem on a fixed income. This Lab Corp is shady and untrustworthy. Try another if you must.

Yes this place is a "one person show" yet they graced me with their "two" employees who are unprofessional--eating at the front desk, and eating at the lab drawn station. In order to get your results you have to go in person with your photo ID and deal with their staff again. And when I was there, they saw two people in 45 minutes. And I have a bruise at the withdrawl site as well.

Very professional staff, just in and out the know how to do there work very efficiently . I dont know what the other reviewers situation is but I have been coming here for a long time and never had a problem or seen any one else have a problem. As a Local Guide I agreed to say the truth about any bussiness and thats what I do.

The rude and unprofessional girls always make going there such a horrible experience. The last time I was there, the girl at the front desk finished her personal txt conversation before acknowledging that I was standing at her desk waiting to be helped.

Had to go in for blood work today. I got there at 9am signed in and before I could sit down they called me in. Less than 5 minutes I was done and driving home. The nurse was very nice and friendly. Great service for my first time comming here.

Excellent customer service! The staff was very happy and friendly! We didnt have to wait a long time, we got right in! The tech that took my sons blood was quick and efficient. Best service I have had in a while!

I always make an appointment, and always get in and out in 10-15 minutes total. Staff is always friendly, attentive and professional. I dont know how they manage to multitask so well but its amazing to watch.
