The reviews misled me to come here. I chose this location because it had the highest rating but its nothing special. I got there around 1:50PM in the afternoon one day on a Tuesday afternoon and the patient waiting room was nearly full. I sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours and the receptionist had poor communication skills. I asked if the lady gotten my fax and I asked her numerous times and she didnt even bothering answering me when my document was faxed over to them. They were absolutely unprofessional as I sat there for nearly 2 hours and new people were walking in and I sat and waited and I was there before the new crew walked in and I never gotten my name called and they went to go ahead of me while I my name was on the waiting list. As it was time to do my blood test, the lady that was withdrawing blood from my arm didnt seem to be knowledgeable about my test results when I went to go get an HIV 4th Gen. RNA test. How unprofessional and I was all nervous panicky when I was getting my blood drawn. This place is definitely NOT cheerful. I dont feel welcomed here. Dont come to this location.

Totally worth the drive. Lobby was empty on a Saturday morning at 9am.They quickly and efficiently saw me and although the drew a ton of blood, 5 vials, there was hardly any pain. I read some other reviews where people asked questions. I didnt have any questions to ask my doctor just sent me to get blood work. So I didnt have to deal with that part. And my paperwork was all digital so they had no trouble looking it up. I think the quality here depends on what youre looking for. If its a quick simple blood draw then I highly recommend.

I didnt get any rude employees like some of the other reviews stated, but there were a lot of people there and my wait time was exactly one hour(I got there at 12pm on a Saturday). The lady that I got was nice and apologized for the wait a bunch of times and even admitted that they were a little short on staff. Overall it was fine, no big deal. Just bring a book or something to occupy your time.

Great overall experience. I was called within 5 minutes of checking in, which was awesome. The staff were all very pleasant, and the tech who did my blood work was friendly and easy to talk to. This location would be a good choice for people who are scared or squeamish about getting blood work. It was a very comfortable environment.
