I took my son for a new job drug test on October 28th and I was shocked at the way they treated patients. They were incredibly rude to patients. They would not answer the phone and were short with everyone that came to the window. I observed for about half an hour as I waited for my son and as soon as it turned 4:00PM they would dismiss patients that would walk in the door. Understood if its after 4:00PM they are closed but the words they chose to address patients were astoundingly rude. One man walked in to check in and they immediately told him to come back tomorrow, the man replied that he had tried calling for half an hour to set an appointment. The woman at the front desk told him that they were busy with patients and dismissed him. I understand they are busy and we are all on the same boat when it comes to work but please have some courtesy and manners when you address patients.

Ive been trying to make an appointment for thirty minutes. CUSTOMERS & PATIENTS COME LAST, dealing (trying to deal) with computers and robots DOES NOT WORK. I HATE DOING BUSINESS WITH LABCORP
