One of the worst experiences. The medical assistant possibly phlebotomist when drawing my blood stuck me 3 times stating that my veins had so much pressure it made the needle pop out. As shes drawing my blood I can feel the needle move she doesnt have a steady hand and its shifting. Im then handed a brown paper bag and told that a 24 hour of urine sample is needed no instructions are included. When I get home I notice no instructions are included let alone a hat to urinate into to pour into the provided container. I make a call to the facility and explain no instructions were given and no hat to urinate in was included she tells me to urinate in the container so by this time Im upset so I ask her Im suppose to hover over the container for 24 hours for the sample she then tells me to hold attends to someone else as she didnt actually place the phone on hold she then comes back onto the phone and tells me if I like I can come back to the facility for the hat or just pee into the container. Management needs to address this rude and unprofessional behavior.

This place needs to be quarantined today! Im calling the health Dept and reporting this technician using used needles this place is a dump and the staff here is on drugs if my body is infected with any HIV or hepatitis I will be contacting my attorney close this place the receptionist is racists Im calling NAACP
