This corp. is twisted I call to complain about how pinnacle was unfairly charging me through physician Michael conrad I try to get them on the phone first your pressured to do a questionaire and second they actually tell you to hang up now, Thank God Im moved to kaiser Godwilling they are better, eith pinnacle I go in for a free physical now quest is trying to bill me for other lab tests I didnt approve of I made it crystal clear if its not included in the free physical I dont want it now I got a bill for 155 bucks and people ask why I dont go to the doctor more often, sometimes I do simple surgery on myself rather than step foot in these twisted corperations The expression God dont like ugly came up for a reason this is one of them, Im not being ugly just honest about the stress these corperations are trying to put me through, satan lies steals and destroys through different willing people as uou can tell.

This companies incompetence is going to cost me my job! I killed an interview at Walgreens and was hired in only three minutes. I was then redirected to this hole in the wall for a drug screening. After driving all of the way here, wasting time and gas, I was told by a very rude, condescending receptionist that this location does not do drug screenings, so I need to go to another facility. Unfortunately, the other facilities stop drug screening at 4PM, so I was screwed for the day. Walgreens only gives a 24hr window for you to take a drug test, so now Im rushing today to their San Bernardino location. Hopefully theyre not as inept, unprofessional, or utterly pathetic as this place. Even if I get my test today, it looks bad to my employers that I (unwillingly) waited to the last minute to get screened. Absolutely atrocious. Avoid if you can.

Im calling the state health board on this location. Had an appointment but was there for 12 minutes before anyone came to the front of the office. The storage was left open and all the samples were easily reachable for anyone to grab. I was told I signed in on the wrong clip board. When there is only one present for the customer to see or reach then they could not have grabbed the wrong one! If someone was actually where they should be they could have made the other clip board more accessible. Why make an appointment when you still ask people to wait over an hour.

-Had blood drawn 4 times here, every time they missed the vain and bruised my arm bad. -they didnt do the right procedure for my blood work, so I had to redo my blood work. Ok so what happens now ? What happens to the rest of my blood? Been here 6 times, out of six visit, one visit wasnt so bad. My advice ,try and find a better place. They are only nice when the mess something up.

I had my blood drawn at this facility and for some reason they lost my blood and it took me looking for my results to find out that they have misplaced my blood I had called to the customer no service and they where no help at all they told me that some one was going to call me but they did not know when. dont use this lab

Ive tried giving this place a chance, but when Im when its an hour wait plus they say they open at 8 a.m. and they end up opening almost 15 till 9. Not to mention they kept poking me about 3 different times to get blood work and couldnt get the vain. I had to go somewhere else I was told. What?! Seriously unprofessional.
