I wish I could leave zero stars. I am pregnant and came in for a glucose testing. I arrived at exactly 8:00AM when they opened and it took 45 minutes for to be talked to and another 10 minutes to get my drink to begin my test. The woman in the front told me to drink the entire bottle within 5 minutes and they would test me an hour after that. I finished my drink, let her know I was done and sat back down. I had my two kids with me the entire time and I had been up and down with them walking them in the hallways the entire time. While I was in the hallway a gentlemen that was just inside told me the lady who was helping me was freaking out that I wasnt in there and was basically announcing to the waiting room that they were going to cancel my test. I immediately went inside to see what was going on. She was so rude. She was yelling at me telling me I had to stay there, they had to watch me for the entire hour, that she called my dr and that I just had to go and the test was cancelled. I was floored. I couldnt even get a word in. She NEVER explained to me that I needed to stay in the waiting room. She was wasnt watching me or she would have seen that I was up and down with my 1-year old and my 5-year old. She said she had to watch me the entire time, however she told me to leave 30 minutes before the hour was up. This is the most unprofessional treatment I have ever received. I will never use this lab again and I will never recommend that anyone goes here.

The star is because i have to put t least one to type the review..one of the recepsionist doesnt care at all...she doesnt do anything at all and take forever to call...To me i wouldnt give not even a star.all this because of that one recepsionist.the rest are nice but as u walk in they give u a bad experience.

I was so happy with the technician at this place. very skilled, almost no pain , just a little feel of the needle. Very professional. If I remember well his name was Carlos. I highly recommend this place for any lab work. The receptionist was a wonderful person, very polite and just simply nice.
