I dont understand why are people so Angry at Quest...this place is so well ran. This place runs like a well oiled machine that we were in and out in 10 minutes. The lady that drew blood was very skilled. The should have 5 stars im just saying.

WHAT THE F#!$ IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY? AUTOMATED CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE! ALL I NEEDED WAS A DAMNED FAX NUMBER AND YOU CAN NOT GET A HOLD OF A REAL PERSON ON THE LINE! THIS IS THE REASON AMERICA IS THE LAUGHING STOCK OF THE WORLD.

They were very rude to patients, took long to see patients. When a patient doctor didnt send in the lab request, they yelled it across the room instead of taking her aside and letting her know. I was embarrassed for her.
