Worst place ever!!!! Horrible horrible bedside manner! The waiting room is nasty... the actual patient rooms are grimy. The doctor that came in was so rude and would only answer one of our questions which to me makes no sense at all!! They said if we have more questions we needed to make another appointment. Just completely unbelievable!!!!!

They took my insurance details, made me an appointment, made me fill out forms for 30 minutes, then told me my assigned dentist was no longer working there and shredded all my forms. You would think they could have figured that out earlier.
