My husband has excellent care over the past 8 years with Ryan Ritchie!! After seeking care with specialist Dr. Aaron Spitz (a urologist) for a specific pain in their area of expertise; my husband was told it was nothing. He went back again 9 months later to the same Dr and was told same thing. He then goes in to see Ryan Ritchie for a general well exam and tells him about this pain. RR orders an ultrasound and within hours we are called back and told he has testicular cancer! Thankfully everything turned out and 6 years later my husband is cancer free and healthy! If it had not been for RR ordering this simple test the outcome may not have been so wonderful. It turns out that the type of cancer he had was the slowest growing and his NEW urologist approximated that it had been growing for more than 4 years!! Aside from this experience, our more recent experience making appointments has been truly a huge disappointment!! There has to be something wrong with their phone system, but no one seems to "care" about it. Ive been told to select another option to "try" to get through. Well option "1" is the one that says it is for making an appointment, so why would I do that! After my husbands scare, he wants to continue his medical care with Ryan Ritchie, but we may actually change medical groups this is so bad!!

I have been going to Memorial Care (formerly Bristol Park for almost 17 years) and have found this to be a convenient, well taken care of and nicely staffed community resource. Either he never ages...or maybe its me...but I have seen Mr Ryan Ritchie P.A.) the entire time and he has worked on everything from the most mundane visits to some that required some very uncomfortable procedures. I have always found him to be patient, thorough, warm and helpful with referrals as needed. I have never doubted any of the care I have received and that is very reassuring!

HORRIBLE! Especially, Mr. Ryan Ritchie, hes good with annual physicals, and colds/flu, but do not rely on him for assistance with anti-depressants, anti-anxiety and sleep meds! he prescribed me various HIGHLY POTENT DRUGS WITHOUT DISCUSSING THE POTENTIAL HORRIBLE SIDE EFFECTS! He did not give me INFORMED CONSENT-which is against California law! BE SURE TO GOOGLE INFORMED CONSENT AND RECEIVE IT PRIOR TO SEEKING ANY TREATMENT, ESPECIALLY IF ITS MEDICATION--WHICH IS THE MEDICAL TERM FOR POTENT AND DANGEROUS DRUGS!! BEWARE OF RYAN RITCHIE!!

Bristol park medical group has been a horrible experiance. I strongly recommend that you do not use this medical group. I had a shoulder injury 6 months ago and it has been nothing but a headache, with referals, not returning calls, a not having the common curtesy to call patients back with test results, its been a goose chase trying to find out whats going on with me. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE

Love the doctors! Totally agree with a comment made about Mr. Ritchie. He has always been professional and informative and courteous, etc etc. As a matter of fact, if Dr. Karimabadi is not available, I request Mr. Ritchie. Kudos to all of the providers in this office. Never had a bad experience.
