The doctors themselves, Dr. Berry and Layla Ayaz are GOOD but their office staff is TERRIBLY RUDE and inconsiderate. Ive never had any issues with Layla or Dr. Berry. You can never get an appointment and if you do get one, they call you the day before to cancel it and they WILL NOT squeeze you in or let you see another doctor. You can NEVER get a same day appointment and they will just tell you to go to urgent care. What is the point in having a doctor if they constantly just tell you to go to urgent care? Their medical care is unacceptable. The front office girls are extremely rude. Ive had these continuous issues with office staff for over 5 years. For example, I was told to come in prior to opening to get a TB shot. I showed up prior to any patients arriving as they had requested and they made me sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half with a newborn sleeping baby in my lap and when I asked what was taking so long, I got a rude response from the nurse saying "Were busy with patients who had appointments!" I had to remind them that they told me to come in prior to opening to get it done and they just ignored me until I said anything and I have a newborn child on my lap! Only did they get around to giving me a shot that took LESS THAN A MINUTE after I had to complain. I wonder how long they wouldve kept me waiting if I never had said anything. That is not acceptable! When I requested to speak with the doctor about how rude and inappropriate their staff is and requested a call back, the doctors never do!! My whole entire family has left this practice.

Did you know that Dr. Berrys Office charges $158.00 for an office visit that is 15 minutes or less? Last month I went to Dr. Berrys office in order to obtain a prescription. I was escorted back by the nurse, they took my blood pressure. Dr. Berry spent 5 minutes discussing the need for the prescription. Wrote the prescription and sent me on my way. Heres what charges were for that 5 min visit: $158.00. Dr. Berrys office through their Anaheim Hills Medical Group billing charged my insurance $83.49 and $49.51 for my 5 minute visit. Then sent me a bill for another $25.00 on top of what my insurance paid Dr. Berrys Office. Then I called to speak with their billing department in order to schedule a meeting with Dr. Berry to discuss the bill. Their staff directed me to the billing department. So I called the Billing Department, They said "if you want to complain about the invoice that is due an payable, then you need to contact the office manager" Then I called back over to Dr. Berrys Office on 4 separate occasions only to get two different answering machines after 20+ rings. Then I receive more invoices from Dr. Berrys office for my family with similar charges for limited time visits. Word to all anyone out there, please ask for all published rates ahead of time so there are no "additional cost" surprises. Very Irritated!

Dr. Berry and his nursing staff have always been very attentive, helpful, and thorough. I appreciate their hard work. Then there is the front office staff/reception who is quite the opposite -- very unfriendly, argumentative, accusatory, and unaccountable. Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid the front office and therefore the task of even making an appointment and beginning the process of finally seeing Dr. Berry is daunting. I very much dislike calling, checking in to the long awaited appointment, and any following-up thereafter -- very very unfortunate.

No one enjoys going to the doctor when your sick, however Ive always had a pleasant experience going to Doctor Berrys Office. The Office Staff has always been one hundred percent professional and courteous, they have always made sure I have little to no wait time when I make a scheduled appointment. They have always checked up afterwards to see how Im doing. The Office has always been a clean and friendly environment. Dr. Berry and his medical staff has always given me the best medical care possible, I would highly recommend you check it out? Ed M.

Dr Berry is excellent! Its so important to Like and trust your primary doctor and i couldnt be happier. Staff is very helpful, and I have also seen the PA and Dr Cheng also great. Very happy with the entire staff and medical group! Quick update, not only have they been wonderful to me, they have gone out of their way to assist on paperwork, billing etc. Dr Berry has a great nurse, shes smart and very helpful. ..which is an understatement, shes amazing! Great team! !!! I drive over an hour to get there.

I have been going to Dr. Jason Berry for 12 years now and I have complete confidence in him. I drive an hour now just to get to an appointment but have not had any problems getting an appointment when I need one, and I have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness from the staff and from the Drs in the office and the nurses and also PAs. Its a good fit for me and for my husband. I recommend Dr. Berry any time I get a chance. Thank you for taking the stress out of going to the dr.

I have been going to Dr. Berry for over 16 years. I have received the best care not only from him, but also Dr. Laila. Every single nurse there is sweet as can be! Melissa always greets me with a smile. I have also had several encounters with the office manager Jennifer. She handled every situation with complete professionalism. Her smile lights up the room. I have also referred all of my friends. I would highly recommend this office.

Always taking my mom to see Dr. Berry. The office staff is a OK but Dr. Berry and other doctors have always done a great job with my moms health issues. Dr. Berry is an excellent doctor, listen to his patient, understand and diagnose and provide solutions each time mom visited. Hes very knowledgeable & mom would like to continue to be his patient. We never have to wait very long either.

The staff are professional, polite and treat everyone with respect. They get you in and out quickly. Dr. Berry has a great varied approach to things.The PAs are well trained and knowledgeable. Overall great group of people. I send referrals constantly.

Terrible front office staff. Been a patient for many years. Called in desperation been sick for a week, need to see a Dr. All they would say is we are booked see a urgent care, bye. This is unacceptable medical care from your primary physician!!!
