Defiantly one of the worst experinces I had at a dr office ..melissa williams if she is on duty please stay away. She is very very rude. I came in cause I had a bad sore throat the nurse took my temp which was 102.6 I was burning up williams comes and ask whats wrong I say a bad sore throat fever I dont feel good. She orders a strep throat test which she said came outfit negative and keep drinking water and I was fine . So I replied that a fever of 102 isnt high and her response is u should be fine again im saying that hile im shaking cold that 102 isnt high then she checks rushes me in the room to try to bring my fever down I was there for another hr with my clothes off trying to reducing my fever which never really came down. It stays d 102. And she like ok ur free to go again I ask so what do I have do I have the flu she ask do u have a cough and body ache im like yea she smiles like im the dumb one and says u didnt tell me that. Didnt give me no meds till I kept pressing cause I felt real bad I still do I went to my dro today. Who said my fever was still 102.. he confirmed I had step throat and need antibiotics. But according to williams just drink water. Please please stay away not worried about the clients health. I kept asking about what to do to lower my fever and the pain in my throat.

I have never been to this urgent care but was in the area and in need of care. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the friendly staff saying "Welcome to Concentra". The office was very clean and professional looking; they had coffee available while you wait. I noticed their slogan was "Concentra - Treated Right" and it hit me so hard because I have been to so many urgent cares that seem like they dont care and are rushing you out to see the next patient so the "Treated Right" really stuck-out to me. The paperwork was quick to fill-out. There wasnt hardly anyone in the waiting area so got seen very quickly (maybe within 15 mins). Behind the scene felt like you were literally in a hospital (wide halls, nice paint, clean etc.). I was placed in a room and my vitals were taken and about 5 mins later the Doctor came-in to assess my needs. After my visit, I spoke with the Operations Director - Gerson Martinez to applaud them on what a great job their doing and the level of service they are providing to the community. I live in Ontario but I told Gerson I will have no problem driving to Rancho for my future urgent care needs!

I had an unexpected injury for which it needed immediately orthopedic specialist. (Broke a hand bone) since I was already at the facility getting a recheck splint done The physician assistant( Mr) Dr Harris talked to specialty Dept. Lead she knew type of injury needed an orthopedic specialist to review it. So instead of making me wait for auth from Ins. Co. (To make sure theres no surgery needed prior to letting it heal). The afternoon they had an orthopedic specialist coming in and she got me an appointment with him that day because she knew the referral would be authorized. To shorten my story had 2 other issues from this 1st injury. Rancho Cucamonga facility has been awesome to me. Thank you all especially Dr Faerber ortho surgeon. He really doesnt sugarcoat things for the patient. And I appreciate that the most and his pride in his work. Also physical therapy is great theyre very courteous helpful everyone there is. Took my son there for a drug screening required by his very first employer. They said it would be an hour to an hour and a half. After an hour and a half, they said fifteen more minutes. I was told "15 more minutes" three times. When we left the total time there was 3 1/2 hours - just for my son to pee in a cup. Half way through, I spoke to MONICA to ask how much longer it would be and she said soon. I told her I had been told "soon" many times and she got very rude and said that she didnt have to speak to me because my son was 18. Horrible service and extremely poor communication. Many people were waiting for their employer testing. This place needs to retrain staff and take a look at their intake. I sincerely wonder if the companies are aware of the hassle their employees go through. I will be sure to communicate to my sons new employer.

I just went into this place not to long ago, I was told by their so called professional staff that the wait was 1 hr 30mins I was like wft but I needed to be seen by their stupid p.o.s. Drs. after waiting the so called 1:30 they quoted me I asked what was going on they told me that I was next in line(which was bs) anyways to shorten this review by the time I got out of this place it was almost 6hrs later and just for nothing seems like these doctors in this place dont care about you and they are there just for the money and the insurance companys..... not for our well being, so if u can go else where I would recommend that u do so cause this place has horrible staff and so called DRS. I wish I could give negative star rating on this review but unfortunately we cant...... sigh :(

I had an appoinmemt on 08/01/17 @ 10:30. I got there at 10:10a.m. I approched the front desk to see what was taken them so long. One of the receptionist, ( I do not recall wish one) told me that my paper work had not arrived. I told her that she should have told me at the time of my appoinment. She just looked bother and stated they my paper work from the world trade center had not arrived. I called my case management at the qorld trade center. My case management in fact told me that your ofice had recuved the fedex on98/28/17 @ 10:15 in the morning. She even told me that your office tried to contact me wish it was a lie. Because I did not recived a phone call from your office. As a result another appoinment was made the follwing week. For wish I had to canselled my traveling arrangement.

Every time I come here I have to wait over three hours. Literally. EVERY. TIME. Ive waited five hours before. Not making that up. And Ive always had an appointment. I just dont get why it takes so long!!?? One time concentra decided to cancel my appointment and didnt tell me. I drove two hours through traffic to get here to have them tell me the doctor is too busy to see me and my appointment was cancelled. Awesome job guys. Some people are friendly. But I would rather have efficient jerks. I have to come here because of work but I dont recommend it. (Had the same waiting problems at the OTHER concentra...and the doctors refused to listen to my complaints and sent me back to work. Turned out I needed surgery again.) Concentra = mess
