This was the BEST Concentra I have ever been to! Being a truck driver in a semi-large company we have to get our med certificates usually at a Concentra clinic and if we get injured, or if we need to do a random drug test, our company sends us to the local Concentra. Of all the ones Ive been to, this one has been the best one yet! I had an injury flair up while I was on the job and I was told to go to this Concentra. I am very leary going to these clinics, as not all of them are very "urgent" or helpful. Well, this one was very helpful and the staff were the happiest ones Ive ever seen at a Concenta clinic. As I had to go to them on 2 separate occasions on different days of the week, this was not just a freak incident, they were genuinely concerned, helpful, courteous, and happy. I wish I could remember their names, cause I would name everyone of them here. Hopefully this review will help them out. Thanks alot guys for all that you did for me and I hope you continue to be helpful, courteous and happy!

My mom took my dad here before coming to visit with me. She dropped him off in the waiting room at 12:00pm then drove up to Crestline to pick me up. We came back down to the urgent Care, thinking that my dad should be almost finished, considering that it was, at this point, about 2:30. We get to the waiting room and learn that my dad had JUST been called back. Ok, so the long part of the wait is over and it shouldnt be much longer. Well, turns out that was the wrong assumption to make. It is currently 5:39 and my father has STILL not been seen by the physician, or even a nurse. They literally called him back from the waiting room to give him a change of scenery to wait in. It has been almost 6 hours. 6 F!#@ING HOURS. And he hasnt even been seen. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever witnessed, ESPECIALLY with it being a medical facility. This is shameful. Get your act together. I absolutely cannot believe this.

Ive had both good and bad experiences here. Theres lack of communication which made me come for a physical therapy appointment that the first doctor I saw wanted me to go to but my second doctor didnt and had canceled the appointment without me knowing. Very frustrating and a waist of time. The staff is unbelievably caring and friendly tho which has always made it feel better to come back. I go here for my work injury and they have been helpful. Except for the doctor who wouldnt give me more than ten pain killers for my shoulder because her roommate had stolen some of hers when she had a prescription. I will be complaining about that. There are plenty of pros and cons but considering the fact that I have no idea choice but to come here for my work injury it really isiant too bad of a facility. And theyre open 24 7 which makes it REALLY easy and convenient

The mas were nice but I feel as though web md could do the same job as them. Asking nothing pertaining to what your issue is your stating also priscibing none existent medication that hasnt been manufactured in months.. they literally just go down a random list of questions that have nothing to do with you, this made them come of as incompetent. Ran every test they could so they can charge insurance unnecessarily. I literally got nothing out of my experience with them excepted wasted time and money. Which in reality is a pretty big deal. Then they act as if its almost everyone elses issues that they clearly dont have it together over here. Definitely left with the feeling that I didnt just see a doctor.

Terrible service, had to stay at this location for two hours just to take a drug test and physical, the associates were chatting it up in the back desk while the people wait patiently to take their test, etc., sending me to different desks because one of the associates was going to lunch, couldnt of take the papers, sign off, and then go to lunch, its that simple, doctors are nowhere to be found, had to take the BP test twice, because they lost the first results, had to wait 30 minutes to find a doctor to perform the physical, why cant the assistants perform the physical? that way I could of got out of the place faster.

I feel like the hair follicle process wasnt explained at all and I feel like they took a lot of hair off of me without warning me how much hair thei were going to remove what also bothered me was that they cut my hair all the way at the top so now it looks like I have a bald spot at the top of my head which I already have a little bit of hair as it is and also when I was asking questions about where I get the ID number to fill in my job application and did not give me the proper paperwork to fill in my job application I had a horrible experience

The worst doctors ever. I came in 2011 for a back injury from work and Dr hunt says Im fine sends me back to work. Fast forward 2016 I get a back surgery from a real doctor now he doesnt want to sign off on my work release never l because all of a sudden even though I tell him I feel great here has a problem with it. Clearly hes one of those company workmans comp doctors. Oh and i had to wait 3 hours to see him

I thought it was gonna take a while because some thug was in there complaining about how long it was taking but truth be told he was looked like he was Jonesing for his next hit. I was checked in the called me in less time than it took me to open my phone and answer one email. I did what I needed and I was on my way. Staff was courteous profesional and polite. I dug going there.

The front desk and nurse were very polite! Everything else about this place is a joke. I can handle an hour in the waiting room, but to be called back and be waiting an additional hour and 30 minutes+ (and still counting) to be seen is unacceptable. The only reason Im writing a review is because Im still just sitting here.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The wait time is never long. The doctor is effective and friendly. The treatment center is the best. The physical therapist is awesome. I had to fight the insurance to get treated here. I am 100% satisfied & 100% greatful. Thank you concentra

The wait time is ridiculous!! Waited 2 hours for a flu shot! Disorganized. People doesnt have any knowledge of what theyre doing. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone especially if youre diabetic, or they might finally see you if you passed out from hypoglycemia!!

Two physicals due to lost paperwork. Not good. Having to wait on drug testing of other people to get needed paperwork turned in on a timely manner. Also not good one week past when I was going to be done due to this really not good. Waist of time and money.

Ive been sent here twice in the last 6 months due to a work injury and theyre great. Really friendly staff, clean place, no real wait time, the doctors seem a tad clueless but everyone else is amazing especially the physical therapy.
