I wish I could have left 0 stars. I called in 5 times. The first time they said they needed my insurance info to schedule my appointment and that they would call me the next day(friday) to schedule the appointment and that they were wide open for the next week. They never called me back and when I called them, they said that they just got the info back and that they were all booked. I called again to schedule, they said they had to get my insurance info. I had already given that to them and I was approved. Still they didnt have records that it had been approved. I gave it to them again. The lady said that she would put me in for an appointment. I called again to confirm the time and the girl told me not only did they not have my insurance info, she said that I wasnt in the system for an appointment and that they were all booked. Save yourself some time and go to a facility that does what they say they are going to do. Dont bother calling. They never keep track of anything and they dont get back to you. Save yourself from a headache. I would never recommend them to anyone.

If youve ever been through the workers compensation system, you know that getting medical care seems to be the last thing on the minds of your workers comp insurance company. My case was no exception. After going to workers comp doctors and being treated like a criminal, rather than a patient, I had nearly given up. But, a year later, Dr. Doshi at Heathpointe popped-up on the list of workers comp providers. I thought, "oh, heres another guy whos going to harass me or get upset when I fail a balance test" (head injuries...are no fun). But, it wasnt like that at all. Dr. Doshi was great. He treated me like a human. He tended to my healthcare needs. He got me treatment and got the workers comp insurance company to cooperate. Furthermore, the staff at Healthpointe were friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Doshi and Heathpointe for you healthcare needs.

Never use this clinic. If you have the option go somewhere else. They charge you one thing in person and say your bill is paid and then months later you get a bill in the mail. A company full of untrustworthy viruses that dont deserve to be called humans. This is the toxic problem in todays society. What happened to services rendered you pay and thats that. Not this BS of well lets see if they notice we charge them three months from now. Completely dishonest way of doing business I well never use them or recommend them to anyone.

In an area of medicine not renowned for care or understanding of much more than the bottom line, Healthpoint in corona exceeded my expectations. Dr. Weil is an amazing Orthopedic surgeon. From my initial visit through my surgery and post op appointments. Dr Weil has seen me through it. My experience was painful and he really showed empathy and you know he really cares. I work in a different type of surgical field so I know a good surgeon when I see one and his suture job on my wrist was excellent. I with out a doubt would recommend him.

I am rating this place less than a zero. The staff is not nice, they kept me waiting over 2 hrs. I called a day a head to get an appointment and I even showed up 15 min early so I could fill out any forms. The Dr. was just plain sad and could not see or hear well. He could not see the white spots on my tonsils. I only came here because my primary care was booked through Friday afternoon.

This place is the best! The doctor, Amit Shaw was so though and caring, and knowledgeable. I really liked him! The girls in the reception room were sweet and efficient. The whole place was clean, comfortable and pretty. I will always go here for medical care from now on. ♡

Had to go to this place for a back injury. Still waiting to be seen by the doctor. So 2 hours and counting. Id be surprised if I got out of here within 8 hours. Staff are rude and unhelpful and talk to you like your stupid.
