Very rude and unprofessional. I recently re-purchased health insurance from Kaiser and called to make an appointment after receiving a Kaiser card in the mail. I was told by the lady who handles questions about coverage that I was not covered. I asked who I could talk to about that because I signed up for coverage starting on the 1st of July and it is now the 3rd of July. It turned out the card was sent was from a previous coverage plan. When I asked what I could do to figure out why coverage was not instated she said she could not help me. I asked for someone who could and she just started telling me about how I would have to pay a deposit to set an appointment. She hung-up on me, when I got upset and again asked for someone who could figure out why my coverage was not instated on the 1st of July, as had been discussed when I was purchasing coverage over the phone. She just hung-up. She did not seem to listen to what I was saying, try to help at all, or know another department that would be able to help sort out why my coverage had not gone through. She cut me off and talked over me several times during the conversation as well.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this office and Dr. Allee in particular. Unlike other Drs that Ive seen in other practices, she takes the time to listen to what I have to say about my symptoms and feelings, she doesnt look at the clock and try to rush me, and she genuinely cares about getting me better. I had concerns this week about my medications not working and my next appointment wasnt until next month, so I emailed her and she wanted to see me the next morning via a virtual appointment. She took at least a 1/2 hour to listen to me and my husband, who I brought with me, truly considered options for different meds and ended up switching things and upping one med. Her explanations for what I needed based on my symptoms were real life examples and easy to understand. Shes empathetic, kind and incredibly smart. I am so glad I found someone that genuinely cares!
