Made an appointment online so short wait while labs enter. Able to view results online. Drop off specimen little wait (no appt) so they can make sure everything was correct...so I didnt have to come back.

I have been trying to get my lab results and havent recieved them. You call their number and all you get is an automated voice. I did not like the customer service I recieved when I went either.
