This location has nice & friendly staff, its brand new so its totally modern and CLEAN! And there is never anyone in there- the LONGEST I waited was 30 minutes. Although they really should get more than one staff member in there. The phlebotomist is doing her job, as well as the check ins, and sample processor.

Very rude! I wanted to know if an order was faxed over, after waiting for everyone to be done I go up. I was surprised to be cut me off mid sentence and she dismissed me. I dont expect her to drop everything but listening to the customer to clarify something seems to be part of her job.
