1 star only because you cant give no stars. I have tried 4 times with different LabCorp locations to get one simple test done at 8a & 4p. They either have 30 people waiting in the lobby squished together, or when you set an appointment they dont tell you they arent open at 4 until you get there. I have taken a total of 5hrs off work now for this test & still dont have it done. They also dont communicate with the other locations, so you can only go to one or you are you are always a new patient. They dont offer online access to your lab results either. Honestly if this was 1980 those things wouldnt be a surprise. Now that Ive been to 4 different locations not one of them has been any better than the other, they are all terrible customer service. The staff seem really unhappy comma and treat you like cattle. This location was just like the others, I am never coming back to any LabCorp location again.
