If I could give no stars, I would. My 22 year-old daughter and I came in on Tuesday January 17 at 8 am to pick up an at-home stool test and to take a urine test get some blood tests. There was only one lady working at the time, and shes the reason Im giving this place one star. So, she had both of us walk in to the backroom since we were together. My daughter sat down and the lady started explaining to her what to do; I interrupted and asked what she was explaining to my daughter because I worried that my daughter wasnt understanding what she was being told (she has a history of that). The lady then looked at me and said "Im talking to her." This caught me off guard a little but I figured it was because of the whole confidentiality situation because she is over 18. (Clarification: she spoke to me in Spanish because Im much more comfortable speaking in Spanish.) Anyway, she sent my daughter to the bathroom to do the urine test and then I sat so she could explain to me how to do the stool test. She was typing something in her computer and I asked her if she thought I should wait a little more time before getting my blood work done to reduce the time between my blood work and my appointment since my appointment to review the blood work is in 6 weeks. I asked my question loud and clear with only a desk between us. She flat out ignored my question, continued typing as if I hadnt said anything! Didnt acknowledge it whatsoever!! I thought to myself HOW RUDE, but I didnt say anything. A few minutes passed and then she handed me a pamphlet with instructions on how to do the at home stool test and said "Read it." I was a little appalled at her tone but I started reading it. After no more than a minute and a half, she asked, "do you understand it yet" and I responded "no, I dont understand how to do it, Ive never done it this way, they do it differently in Tijuana," and the lady quickly responded, "YOU are NOT in another place, YOU ARE IN THE UNITED STATES," to which I responded, "I know Im in the United States." She then took the bag with the tools to do the test and started vigorously explaining in a very rude and condescending manner! I then told her, "dont get mad, theres no reason for you to be speaking to me in this way or raising your voice!" When I said this she quiet down and kept typing and I told her, "your job must be so difficult, why are you talking to me in this way?" to which she responded, "no the job is not difficult, the people are." At this point I was very upset and I asked her, "you are Mexican as well, why are you behaving this way?" and then she said, "First I am German, and then American, lastly I am Mexican." This whole situation happened in about five minutes. Ive never been treated this poorly at a medical establishment, or anywhere else, and I am very disappointed in the medical staff. I was reluctant to write a review because the lady has all my private information, and I was also afraid that she would mess with my samples if she saw this but I can keep quiet in this situation.

It is very slow, it took me over an hour to attend me, there is only one person attended

The wait sucks, I had to wait over an hour. On the bright side the procedure is quick and painless.
