Had a TERRIBLE experience that ultimately ended OK. Went in as a "walk-in" at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. The waiting room is large and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to see only 4 other people in the waiting room. Went up to the front desk to sign in. Theres a young girl really struggling at the computer. While I was there with my i.d. and ins. card, she asked 3 different people how to do something on the computer. After waiting almost 20 minutes Im finally called in by the mature looking woman I had seen earlier trying to help the kid on the computer. As she leads me to her cubicle a commotion at the front desk calls her away. After 10 min. the girl on the computer comes into the cubicle to enter data on that computer and its taking her forever. But Im still thinking the other lady is going to come back. Then this girl starts setting things up in between her computer entry attempts. Thats when I realized SHE was going to do the blood draw. Thats when I said, "Im a really hard stick; my veins are deep and they roll." The 18-year old then cheerfully informs me she knows exactly what shes doing and will only stick me once. Only once? Has she stuck other people twice? This is when I should have just asked for a sr. staff member. To hell with being polite and trying to spare feelings. After she applies the tourniquet I show her where on my arm they were able to get blood successfully the last time. Again, "Im a really hard stick." But thats not where she starts looking. She applies a heat pack to my arm to encourage a vein to pop up. Then she starts slapping my arm for further encouragement. I know--this is when I really should have asked for a sr. staff member. When the girl thinks shes found a vein she says, "Just a little stick." I knew immediately from the pain that shed gone in too deep and had missed the vein. A welt and bruise immediately formed along with blood. That is when I said, "Someone else. Now!" Thankfully the other lady came back in. Her name is Karen. I told her what happened. She nodded either knowingly or sadly, I didnt know. She applied a heat pack to the welt as well as another to where she thought she might find a better vein. Then she called in her colleague, Crystal. Karen explained that together she and Crystal were going to tag-team me. And like well-oiled machinery those two lovely ladies expertly and painlessly! coached 4 vials of blood from my difficult veins with really only one stick. I told Karen I would not have a repeat performance of this day. She reached into a drawer and pulled out a business card and wrote her and Crystals name on it, and the next time I came in I was to say right up front that I wanted them. Period. So this experience ended on a good note, but I was there for over an hour when there was only 4 people in the waiting room to begin with.

Never have I ever seen such incompetent, sorry excuses for any type of health care IN MY LIFE than IN INLAND EMPIRE! SOMEONE NEEDS TO WRITE THE SENATOR ABOUT HAVING EVERYONE OF THE HEIFERS THAT GOT THEIR LITTLE CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION AT A STRIP MALL WHO REALLY HAVE NO BUSINESS IN THE MEDICAL FEILD- FIRED, AND BANNED FROM EVER PRACTICING ANYTHING BUT SANTARIA & PROSTITUTION! THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION SHOULD SERIOUSLY BE ASHAMED, BUT I KNOW THEY WOULDNT EVEN HAVE THE CAPACITY TO FEEL ! HOW DO YOU TELL SOMEONE TO COME BACK AT A SPECIFIC TIME, AND WHEN YOU YOU DO, ARE FORCED TO KNOCK ON THEIR DOOR BECAUSE YOUR C*NT STAFF MEMBERS, (WHO WE CAN SEE THROUGH THE WINDOWS!) ARE SITTING AT THEIR DESKS DOING LITERALLY NOTHING AND I GET TO WATCH THEM RUN AWAY!?!?! WHAT IS YOUR LIFE?! MY MOTHER HAS STAGE 3 SARCOMA CANCER ! SHE ISNT A FREAKING DRUG ADDICT MANDATED TO BE TESTED DAILY! WHAT LITTLE ENERGY SHE HAS TO IS LOW AND SHORT LIVED! YET YOU TREAT HER AND EVERY OTHER ELDERLY PERSON THAT WALKS THROUGH THE THRESHOLD OF YOUR DISGRACEFUL HELL HOLE, AS IF THEY ARE SOME JUNKIE ! ALL MY TERMINALLY ILL MOTHER WAS TRYING TO DO WAS DROP OFF THE SAMPLE YOU JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE TALKING TO HER ABOUT DOING! I will stop at NOTHING TO GET THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN.

The actual experience was easy enough but getting my test results back has been a huge hassle. I visited this location on 3/20/2014 for a drug screening for employment with a major airline. They still havent received the screening results (4/1/2014), which should only take 48 hours. This has cost me a training spot. If your drug screening is time sensitive, DO NOT use this location or company. If it is mandatory, ask that another location or company be used. Again, the staff was nice enough and the experience was easy but the part that matters, the results, have been horrible. Visit this location at your risk.

According to the web info it states that this location is open at 5:00 am. In the last two days I arrived prior to this time. The location never opened. I waited both days for thirty minutes, still not a person in sight and the facility was locked. If the hours have changed there is nothing mentioned on the website or even some info posted at the facility. When I call there is no option to speak with someone and the hours continue to be quoted as open at 5:00 am. This facility is very unprofessional.

First off this place smells so bad when you walk in. Secondly the receptionist had to tell a phlebotomist to get a new patient as she wasnt doing anything. Lastly, my phlebotomist used a butterfly needle on me to my request and got mad because she had to fill 6 tubes so Im pretty sure she MADE this blood draw hurt extra bad. It was like she was ripping my skin or veins when she pulled it out and moved the needle around without warning. Bottom line worst phlebotomist I have ever encountered.

The hours are extremely misleading. The recording on the phone states regular hours and separate DRUG SCREENING hours (9am-12:30pm) but when I arrived at 12:05 they turned me away, despite me telling them about the recording. Had to waste another 2 hours of driving to come back later. When I came back at 11:30 they were helpful and friendly, but I dont think that makes up for the hours that the public continues to waste on misleading phone messages.

Went to quest diagnostics today at 7: 11 am signed in looked around the room and there were about 11 people in the room. I thought it was going to be a little while before I would be called, so started a game on my cell phone and played one round on my phone and started another and was called to get my blood drone, so I am giving them a five star. The staff was also very pleasant.

The new facility is so nice and open feeling. The staff always friendly and takes time to answer questions. I am a patient with very "bad" veins but the phlebotomists take the time and using the best technique never get it wrong. I hope our insurance wont ever change, so I can always use this Quest facility!
