This particular Quest Diagnostics center has terrible service, especially the woman up front checking people in. I had an appointment, but showed up 15 min earlier. The lobby was empty, lucky me right? Of course not, she took two others that were walk ins because it wasnt time for my appointment. How does that even make sense? I drive all the way to Upland, just to avoid this Chino Hills center (when I can).

The last time I went to this lab it smelled like gross food. Im thinking the staff is allowed to warm up their nasty leftovers in a microwave that they keep in the lab. :( That is the worse thing ever! This place hasnt been cleaned in years its dirty, messy and always full of people. Would not go their ever again!!!! Schedule your lab work anywhere else.

they treated me well, they were fast and efficient. I walked in with out a appointment and the waiting room was loaded. I was very pleased that I was done and out of there in just over 15 minutes! My doctor had the results the next day. I was very happy using their service. .

No appointment for a weds morning at 9am. In and out in 15 minutes for lab work. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Pleasantly suprised visit from reading the reviews for this location.

Service for me wasnt so bad but i seen other people come in and get treated like crap. The staff needs to be more friendly dont work that job if you dont enjoy what you are doing!
