I went last Tuesday , the 27th, to get some blood work done. The service at the front desk was moderate; however, the service where they take the blood samples was disrespectful and rude. One of the ladies took advantage of the fact that my primary language is not English and made fun of me. She didnt have the courtesy to explain a few things that I did not understand. This incident ruined my day and I hope this is taken care of for future customers.
