I have been to many a Quest Diagnostics through my years and this is the first time I can say, I will never go back to this one. So much so, that this is the very first "review" I have ever felt the need to write. The appearance of the office is aesthetically appealing and welcoming but the Phlebotomist that I encountered was rude, bossy and noncompliant. I can not believe I left that place feeling so bullied. Usually I am the first to speak up for myself but she was going to stick a needle in my arm so I kept silent and anxiously awaited for this to be done so I could get out of there. The upside, I was in and out in ten minutes! Personally, Id take a longer wait to be treated with more care.

I am an RN with phlebotomy experience and working with labs. The staff at Quest Lab in Laguna Niguel has been professional, courteous and expedient. Blood draws are successful on the first attempt and painless.
