I have huge veins and No one has ever screwed up getting blood from them. The phlebotomist there was so careless, she didnt even clean the site and popped my vein and I couldnt move my arm for a whole week. I still have a huge bruise on the site. Quest Diagnostics needs to hire better phlebotomists that know how to draw blood.

My mom, who is 90 and extremely hard to find a vein to draw blood, has had the best results here. NOTE: They moved several months ago to this new location near the Kohls store and Cinnamon Productions restaurant. Easier to find and better parking now.

Wait time is going to depend on how many folks are there when you walk in, but I was in and out in 15 minutes. Phlebotomist was awesome, very little pain and she zeroed in on the vein from which to draw. I will be back.

RSM is lucky to have this lab so close and convenient. I absolutely love coming here. The staff is great and the facilities are always clean. Did I mention the staff is great!!?? Thank you!
