Gave it a low rating due to bad customer service. Arrived at 8:30 and saw people standing in the hallway. Place was very crowded. I had a Saturday appointment but was informed that there will be a 5 minutes wait. Am ok with the wait and glad I made an appointment. There wasnt a place to stand much less sit so I signed in and went outside in the hallway where its a bit cooler. Spent the time on my phone and lost track of time, came back in to check after about 10 min or so and was told that: "we called you but no one said anything to we took you of the list. Youll need to sign back in as a walk-in..." Really?? I did that and found that the wait is 54 minutes. Walked out of there disgusted. Will never return here again.

The Phlebotomist Veronica that was suppose to draw my Dads blood was not professional and was extremely rude (who does she think she is!! Obviously my Dad is in allot of pain and doesnt need to confirm his name with a smile, so she tells him "with that attitude". ) First of all youre in the wrong profession Veronica if youre not aware that people get their blood drawn for many reasons and its obvious that some are that they need to find out whats wrong with them, not to put up with ignorant people like yourself Veronica!!

Arrived very ill to drop off samples. Staff was rude and inconsiderate of conditions. Walked away to gossip for some time. Avoid. Suggest quest update its procedures for sample drop off and reassign new staff to this location. Poor quality service.

Arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment where I was told 4 walk ins would be before my appointment time. I was given attitude and treated as if I was wrong in asking why I would 22nd placed in back of the walk ins.
