Keep in mind, theres good and bad in every company. I have standing orders and give 4-6 bottles of blood a month. I never have to wait, and its always easy checking in. The girls taking blood are always quick and efficient, and (knock on wood), I have never had an issue with infection. If youre coming here strictly to give blood, this is a great place. However, I also have to give a urine sample during these visits, and thats where I have an issue. Every time I open the urine collection window in the bathroom it is always full, and I have to use a tissue to scoot other urine samples over, to make room for mine. THATS GROSS, not to mention the fact that these samples are obviously not evaluated in a timely manner. The parking lot is often full, but there are other businesses in this building that contribute to that problem, so I suggest coming in early in the morning, or during lunch times when there seems to be a few spaces open.

I went in for blood work and a 3hr gloucose test. Front desk girls greeted everyone and all of them are very friendly, I saw everyone come in and out in minutes. The most time someone spend in the office was maybe 15 min. Awesome job ladies, and thank you to Mayra she was always on time for the next blood work. ;)

OUCH! Wow sometimes you win sometimes you loose like a two inch bruise hurts like supper bad wish I could upload a picture. I even asked to lay down on a bed so it will be easier and this time wow that hurt sweet cheeks maybe you just had a bad day it happens but take it easy.

Poor service, even with appoinment they have no consideration for people time, they treat you as if you are not there. I guess they do not realize that without patients they wont have their cushion job.

Parking lot is always crowded, but once inside I had minimal wait. The tech was great. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. 4/5 stars only because of parking.
