Giving them four stars because they dont schedule appointments like other Quest locations. The online scheduling feature at other Quest clinics is very helpful. I went today not knowing how long I would have to wait - and only waited 20 minutes max. Cari (sp) was extremely professional and got my vein the first time. It was painless and quick for someone who DREADS getting my blood drawn due to small veins.

I had to go to a quest diagnostics because my doctor ordered some tests to be done. The lady at this location was extremely rude and it took a very long time for her to get around to helping me.

Pam and Roxy are both excellent - and quick - at what they do..making it pain free, over before you know it. I would highly recommend using them next time you need your blood drawn. Candace
