This would be a NO star rating due to the complete incompetence of the 3rd Avenue location. My recommendation would be to AVOID this location at ALL costs. After going in for routine blood work they called me back the same day to say they had made a mistake & forgot to run a crucial test & I would need to return. When I returned the same day, it was a new crew who didnt have any records or clue as to why I had been called to return so they didnt know what to do. No supervisor, no management, no records kept of a visit, no paper trail. They said they are not able to access any patient info at this site even though the referring Doctor had sent the requests to them electronically. I left after sitting an hour & a half with them scratching their heads as to what to do. This is not a place that should be in business, let alone administering tests!

Ridiculous. I had the misfortune of visiting this Labcorps for the simple task of picking up a take-home kit. This was far too much for the front desk to handle. They did not communicate how I was supposed to register my presence, seemed annoyed at my inquiry as to what I was supposed to do, and asked repeatedly for the same information (wheres your order? I had it faxed.) Both people at the front desk were working on the same order and seemed to be intentionally unproductive. AVOID THIS PLACE, unless of course you enjoy incompetence and apathy. Visited at 4:00 pm on Monday, June 26th.

In and out for labs without an appointment on a Monday in under 30 minutes. That is pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really wasnt too busy. Phlebotomist was extremely adept. I have tough veins and she had no problem. Great place to pop in as it is convenient to my doctor and Scripps.

The absolute incompetence of this place baffles me , they are unable to pronounce names and then become combative when you finally after patiently waiting inquire about why you havent been called yet.......also its dirty , dated and the parking is awfull.....

Have been to other locations before, this was the only one to open at 7am for early cortisol test and everything was great. Ill be going there again soon for another cortisol test and dont expect any issues.
