Place was bright, cheery, and CLEAN!! Girl at the counter was quick and efficient. No Pain. Its hard to find a good lab with a carrying staff. I would recommend this place, and Ill be back in the future. Thank you! P.S. (regarding those who wrote not open on Saturday) This location 3975 Jackson, IS OPEN on Saturdays... maybe you got the location confused with one around the corner at 9041 Magnolia-this one is Not Open on Saturdays.

Easy, quick, experienced. I see a lot of comments about them being closed on Saturday but I believe this is maybe a misconception. I went last Saturday and it was open. Some of the building doors are locked but the main door is open. Only bad thing is the building looks really old and worn down so it could be creepy if you dont know where you are going. Other than that great experience.

15 minutes in and still sitting down while more people come. Where are the staff? Theyre on there asses in the back room. when someone goes up to the front desk all they say is "well be up right up there shortly". Its best to go to the quest up the street. I have gone two times and have been in and out in 7 minutes.

Brenda is absolutely amazing!! I swear she runs the place all by herself. Shes very well spoken, respectful, efficient, and professional. Ive gone to other locations in Riverside but this one is by far my favorite. I never have to wait long or deal with bad attitude having technicians!!
