Welcome to the decline of American culture, brought to you in part by Quest Diagnostics. A handful of issues made me walk out and have my doctor call everything in to a non-Quest lab now. If you call the phone number and ask how long the wait is the rude lady on the other end is instructed not to tell you. This particular location I walked in to looks like a 3rd world country on the inside. "sign in is here!" another rude lady barked upon walking in. No one is set to talk to you before this step. You are expected to walk in, sign, and sit. I asked "how long is the wait" after looking around at a dozen or 2 other humans packing the small waiting area. 45 minutes to an hour. Sitting here. With other sickly humans being rudely treated all around me. Oh, I found they are only about 2x as expensive as another place I went, Lab Corp I think was the name. (remember to tell your doctor you do not want your labs done by Quest, they always forget to tell you the power is in your hands. There are many labs in Vegas. Dont use the terrible one IMO)

I had a great experience here..I would totally recommend this place. I have to get bloodwork all the time and most of the time it is a painful experience. I made an appointment and was in and out of there in like 10 minutes..the girl that took my blood was professional and it didnt hurt a bit..even after three rubes of blood..thank you!!

I made an appointment, but it didnt help. The staff was just cruising around talking, socializing with each other, not really dealing with the customers. After 35 min I left! Most of the Quest facilities Ive been to are the same way. Its like theyre annoyed that they have to interrupt their socializing to do their job!

I arrived at about 12 oclock noon. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Within 10 minutes I was back seeing the phlebotomist. His name was Rick. He was exceptionally friendly and informative and professional. It was an all over wonderful experience.

I made my appointment for 11:45, I arrived at 11:35, and was seen before 11:45. Customer service up front was fine. Aside from my own personal issues of getting blood out of my little veins, the technician was patient and nice. It went as quick as I could.

Carrie at the front desk doesnt do well under pressure. She can get a little snippy with people who ask her something when she is busy. Need to work on customer service. This isnt about my service just me watching while in the waiting room.

No experience. Could not get past the recorded message with a question as to whether they accepted my insurance. Went where I didnt need an appointment and they accepted the insurance. Technology isnt the best way to conduct some business.

Omg what a nightmare been here an hour and the blood draw lady stopped doing blood to check people in!!!! Hello take my blood and dont chit chat with people!! This place is annoying!

This is the worst night mare ever. One hour and the havent gotten close to checking me in. People who came at 8 am arent even checked in by 9:20...
