After experiencing an absolute horror show experience at another lab on Stockton Hill road, and walking out after over two horrifying hours. I was skeptical because this facility is in the new Safeway on Stockton Hill road. Walking into the doors I noticed this little facility was absolutely sanitary, and clean. The employees here are super friendly, very funny and seem to enjoy what they do. A gentleman got my insurance info in about two minutes, and a very pleasant woman did my blood draw about two minutes later. I was in and out in under 5 minutes, and it was a PAINLESS experience. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.

Well first of all they were rude about me not knowing Apache Junctions zip code. Then Brenda the women who drew my blood was awful. She didnt get enough,she bruised my arm and she moved the niddle around so much that it hurts to bend my arm still. Now I know youre all thinking "hm youre just over reacting" but Im not and she was terrible. If you get Brenda I recommend asking for someone else. Shes sarcastic and not very good at her job.

After a horrible experience elsewhere sending my child into a severe panic attack, my son was apprehensive to try again. Mark, the phlebotomist, calmed him, and the blood draw was so quick and painless, that he left in smiles. We wont ever go anywhere else. Thank you for your professionalism but not being afraid to truly care.

Great job on blood draw from a woman, however I think 7:00 is at least an hour to late to open. Im a PHLEBOTOMIST and always at labs in CA they know people are fasting.
