Made an appointment just to sit in and uncrowded waiting room when my husband asked if someone was going to take our paperwork he went in the back and started talking bad about us to where we could hear very unprofessional whats the point of an appointment its not like they are busy. This is not the only one around here so I dont know why the other post said it was I guess Ill go to the other one next time.

Fast service & polite however when my wife went into the restroom she discovered not only that there was no soap but there wasnt even a spot on the wall where a dispenser would have been & considering that they are a type of medical facility they should be more sanitary. Also they do not return your calls, even though they claim they will when you call to leave a message on the answering machine.

Horrible customer service. Sitting in the lobby for the past 30 minutes with no one at the front desk. Only just coming out to call some names every once in a while. One poor elderly lady walked up to ask questions and was ignored then told to sit down and wait until she was called. Didnt even tell the old lady to sign the clipboard.

Never had any problems. Crowded but only for the fact that it is the only one in this area so take that into consideration. I go in and out and Im on about my day. Person who comment first is just an impatient person dont pay attention. They are really sweet and actually try to engage in some sort of conversation.

I scheduled a appointment and they told me I needed a doctors referral to have blood work covered by my insurance. They didnt even bother to check my insurance. My insurance company tells me I dont need a referral. They were rude and they wasted my time.

Came to get some test, after a 50 minutes wait, I when to ask what its going and they couldnt find my paper, after searching my paper test was in the trash. Can we trust this laboratory for results? Its this the proper way to treat patients???

You should do an appointment instead of walk in. Those who have an appointment have the preference. You can do your appointment by their app. And for some tests be sure of your fastings time.
