This location is horrible. the staff is unfriendly and impolite. The vets sound knowledgeable but after the series of visits we have had in the last two weeks to correct issues with a procedure they performed it is clear that they are not. We set up an appointment to have a large growth our dog developed looked at. We had to wait over an hour past our appointment time before we were seen by the vet. The growth had to be removed and we set up the procedure with them. When the estimate was given and we asked about payment options the receptionist actually laughed when we inquired about trying for monthly payments as the procedure was around $1200 and we are working paycheck to paycheck. We had the surgery done and two days later the sutures came came loose and we had to take him to an emergency vet clinic as Banfield had no surgeons available. The vet there said he didnt understand why they sutured him the way they did and he used staples to close the incision back up. A few days later our dog was able to slip out of his e-collar and chewed the sutures off. We called this Banfield to bring him in and were directed to another location as they were too busy to help us. the other Banfield location re-sutured the incision and added a tension suture as the vet said the skin was tight and without the tension suture the wound might still pull apart. (why did the vet who performed the original surgery not do this?). That was two days ago. Last night we saw that the sutures were pulling apart below the one tension suture even though we had bought a new collar, stayed home from work to ensure he didnt get at the sutures and kept him as sedated as the vet said was safe. We took him in expecting some understanding and acknowledgement that their re-suturing was not sufficient but they accepted no responsibility and claimed it was our opinion that the sutures were not adequate. How can it be an opinion when a sleeping nearly immobile dogs sutures come completely loose? that is not opinion but fact. The worst part is our dogs painful recovery has been double do to their ineptitude, not to mention the return visits to fix poorly closed original incision have cost more than the initial surgery. It is horrible to know that they took advantage of the love we have for our companion pet and continue to charge to correct their mistakes because we want our dog to recover. To add insult to injury they convinced us to sign up with a wellness plan on our first visit "too save money" that we will have to continue to pay on even though we are afraid to take our dog back.

Horrible! I took my dog here because she had an ear infection. They were very rough handling her even though she is a small dog. They took her in the back for an ear cleaning and she came back out with blood pouring out of her ear! Then the overweight, old woman that is supposedly a vet came back in. She wanted to give my dog ear wash, ear medicine, steroids, blood work, and to examine the gunk from her ear. All of this was totaling over $500! I told her just to examine the gunk and let me know what we can do. It was over $40 just for her to take a quick look at the gunk. Then I opted to get the ear ointment and if that didnt work then we would do all of the other work. She said the ear ointment was going to be almost $70. I asked if I could just have the prescription and I would fill it elsewhere, she refused! When I went to a different Banfield location before and they let me have the prescription with no problem! This time, the "vet" said there is nowhere else to get the ointment. Whatever! I looked on 1-800-pet-meds and they have the EXACT same ointment for half the price but they do require a prescription. So the vet blatantly lied and just wanted the money! She abused my dog and made her ear bleed! I have had other vets clean her ear as well as me and she has NEVER bled before. Also, they made me watch a video about the expensive pet plans and kept giving me the brochure. MONEY HUNGRY! I will never be back nor refer anyone!

Never will I take my dog there again. The young lady named Autumn was so rude and unprofessional with dealing with me and my animal. I asked her about cutting his nails and she didnt even look at his paws she just looked down at his feet and didnt even touch him. She said it would be 14.99 for her to cut them without even looking at them. I asked her a few health questions regarding him and she looked at me and laughed. They are not willing to give any discounts or promotions on their services. Because I asked about discounts and promotions and there was none to be offered she told me I was more than welcome to get up and leave. Rude rude

Worst vet in town! Had an appointment and still waited almost an hour to be seen. Had to weigh my own dog and give the receptionist the weight myself (not that I mind weighing my dog, but Ive never been to a vet where the staff doesnt at least make sure you do it correctly and at the very least fake an interest in your pet). The only good part about the entire visit was that I had a coupon that got me the exam for free..guess they are so bad here that they have to give their services away. The vet wanted to see my dog again in 2 weeks..i dont think so- lll be going somewhere else!

I take my pitbull puppy Zeus and our newest kitty Zoey here. I love the payment plans. Its nice for my husband and I, especially with us being tight on money, because we are still able to provide our animals with everything (getting fixed/microchipped/check ups). I would have taken our other two kitties to them also, but I had not heard of them at the time. The wait time is sometimes slower then most places, but its nothing that will stop me from going. Its nice to have a vet that doesnt look at your pitbull and instantly judge him due to his breed. Nice people and good vets. :)

Wow this location is the BEST. I lost my beloved cat of (16 years) two weeks ago to renal kidney failure. They did everything in their power to let me have one last day with her. Low and behold I got an entire week to say goodbye to her. I cant express how much this really meant to me and my family. When the day had come to put her down they did nothing but insure that everything was right. Then came today I opened my mailbox to find a letter hand signed at that from them and their entire staff with her paw prints. THANKS YOU ALL! She will be missed.

Ive been taking my dogs to Banfield Pet Hospital for over 5 years now. Theyve gotten excellent care, I can get them in for an emergency if necessary, and you can go to any Banfield Pet Hospital in the country if needed. We were on vacation with our dog and took him to a Banfield Pet Hospital in Oregon and they got us right in and took good care of him. The staff has always been courteous and pleasant at every location. I highly recommend them!
