I have been taking my dog here for a couple years. The last year has not been very impressive. They seem to have a high turnover of staff since everytime I have been in they have different Vet Techs and different Receptionists. More than once I have waited 30 to 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Today was it for me. I emailed through the Little Critters website to schedule a wellness appointment to get my dogs anal glands expressed. I was required to leave a call back number when I contacted them, normal procedure. Come the next day, Saturday, they are not calling my phone they are calling my partners phone to schedule the appointment. My partner was out of town for work and he calls me that afternoon asking me why Little Critters is calling him. I called them back and I was annoyed, the Receptionist said she left a message on my Partners phone at 9am wanting me to bring in my dog at 1pm. He is unable to listen to his messages and call me until the afternoon. When I called the Receptionist she said she did call my phone but the voicemail said it was not set up so she could not leave a message. I said well thats a lie because I was home with my phone on and it was receiving calls as normal. I asked why they did not write a reply email but I did not get an answer on that. At this point I had enough and ended the call. I payed a good amount of money at this place over the years and bought into their free vaccines for life program. Last time I went in the Vet Tech hands me a flyer trying to sell me on the plans they had out now; silver, gold, platinum levels. Turned me off and I felt at that point its about money and what they can sell you. Star was the best Vet Tech though and the only person that was still their from when I first brought my dog in. I did like her. It seems disorganized and high turnover in staff is never a good sign. Dissapointing.

I have been with Dr. Patt for approximately 5 years. She cared for my Yorkie and was there to help me recover when he passed away at the young age of 10. She was always available with answers to any questions or concerns that I had regarding him or his care. Our biggest relationship comes from her care of my Fids, my feathered babies. I have a Ruby Macaw, an Indian Ringneck, a Jenday Conure, a Cinnamon Green Cheek Conure, and an albino Budgie. I bring my flock in at the same time and I am treated with the same kind, courteous care as though I was bringing in just one bird. She has been my rock in learning how to deal with birds in general, to understanding their individual bird species. I was a new bird mom when I brought in my first to her, I knew nothing about the proper care of birds or how birds care differs greatly from that of domestic cats and dogs. Through her vast knowledge of birds and her unwavering ability to deal with all of my questions and concerns, I have become a bird mom that is capable of properly caring for her flock. I know that I can call her at any time and if she is available, she will speak to me, if she is working with other patients she will return my call at her earliest convenience, even if it is after hours. My husband and I have moved over an hour and a half away from her office but I will still bring my flock to her, she is tops in my opinion. Through her direction, when her office is closed, she has provided the names of other Avian Veterinarians that I have had to use over the years and they are equally as proficient. In closing, I was very lucky to come across Dr. Patt, a woman that I have come to respect on a personal level as much as I respect her on a professional level. With her kind and caring ways, it is very easy to see she loves her profession very much. Thank you Dr. Patt.

Dr. Jill Patt has been the caretaker of all of my fur-kids since I moved to Phoenix over a decade ago. There is no one that I trust other than her with their lives. Dr. Patt is not only an amazing Veterinarian, but she is truly one of the most compassionate and caring people I have ever known. She has cried with me, laughed with me and even been there for me at 4:00am when Im in a panic! She and I have become wonderful friends through this Client/Vet relationship and I am proud to be a co-founder with her in Animal Doctors to the RESCUE, a 501(c)3 nonprofit animal rescue group. I am so excited for her new chapter in life and the opening of her brand new practice! Dr. Patt, being one of the most dedicated Vets and people I have had the pleasure of knowing, has worked very hard for this dream and I cant wait until the doors have opened!!

I LOVE this place! The entire staff is AMAZING! My kitty doesnt come into the vet very often so he gets stressed but they are so kind and gentle with him. They ask questions and get to know you and your pet to make sure you get individualized care. Last visit I could hear him getting upset in the back and I asked if I could go sit with him to calm both of us down and they didnt even bat an eye and put us in a room to be together while we were waiting for his tests to be done. They are quick and make taking care of my little guy so easy! The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and make me feel like my pet is the most important part of their day. If you want the best care for your pet, take them to Little Critters Veterinary Hospital!

I dont normally leave a review but this place warrants one. Not only did the office squeeze me and my bearded dragon in on a half days notice but they sensed the urgency of my need for an appointment and completely accommodated me. Even with my appointment being squeezed in with their last appointments for the day, that did not stop them from staying 2 hours after closing to care for my pet and making sure all of my questions were answered. They seriously went above and beyond. The vet was so attentive to my dragons needs and showed sympathy towards my pet. The entire staff was beyond exceptional and exceeded any and all expectations I had, so much so, that I am now switching all 14 of my pets to them....both scaley and furry.

My better half and I have been going to little critters for nine months. We first started going for my ball python. I tired a few exotic vets and they always gave me the run around. Little critters did not and Dr. Patt helped me get my python back to health. They also taught me a few things as I was a first time exotic pet owner. We then decided to take our retriever/pit mix for a check up and they were very good with her. They have also worked with us with billing and explaining exactly what we pay for. And they are always understanding when we cannot afford something and have to put it off. I will always recommend little critters to any pet owner. The staff is always very friendly.
