My parents were out of town and one of their cats fell ill and was getting worse fast. My brother and I were looking for someplace close and we were so fortunate to find this place. Everything about the visit was amazing. It really stands out because vet experiences typically are not that way. From the front desk personnel, to the tech, to the doctor, everyone was extremely caring, kind, and professional. They made our cat feel so comfortable (their rooms are set up so the owners remain with the pets the whole time, they are specifically a cat friendly clinic, they even had cat nip on the table to help our cat relax) and turned what was a scary situation for us into a positive one. They treated her and she is doing so much better. They offered my brother and I coffee or water while we waited. They also taught us a neat trick called the kitty burrito (to wrap the cat in a towel) to help administer the medicine. They didnt have to do any of that, but it showed us how dedicated they were to providing quality care, and believe me it showed. On top of the great service, it was affordable. I have two cats of my own and even though it is a bit of a drive, I will definitely be taking them to Priority Pet Hospital.

We are new to the Gilbert area and had a problem with our little dog on a Saturday so we went to the Emergency Clinic. While there we asked for some recommendations as to Veterinarians in the area. A patron in the waiting room overheard us and recommended Dr Burns at Priority Pet Hospital. We called Priority Pet Monday morning and got an appointment for that day, which was a relief as there were additional test that needed to be run. Upon arrival we were greeted by cheerful staff that guided us back to an exam room. The attention Mama received was calm and friendly and she responded well. When Dr Burns arrived she actually got down onto her knees to meet Mama at her level which let her get comfortable prior to the examination. Needless to say the exam and overall experience went extremely well. Dr Burns gave us a followup call the next morning to check on Mama and to give us the test results. Dr Burns will be our Vet as long as we are in the area.

Myself and my family love Priority Pet Hospital. We had a cat that was 12 years old and when I took him to Dr. Burns, she was helpful,kind, and patient. Sages results from his test were not good. She referred us to a hospital that could give me an MRI, and they found out he had cancer. When I advised Dr. Burns, she was so patient and caring and we went over the options for Sage. She provided us everything we needed to make an informed decision about his future. She helped us and him with advice and medication that was appropriate and unobtrusive. Unfortunately Sage passed away a week ago. Dr. Burns and everyone at Priority were marvelous. They really cared about us and Sage and helped him ease into his next journey. They have sense followed up with the most beautiful condolence card and small pick me up. Dr. burns and everyone at Priority have earned my loyalty, love and respect. I would tell anyone they are the best!

Dr Burns went above and beyond last Friday 9/1 when my Lab Dale went down and couldnt move his hind end in the back yard. I couldnt find anyone to help me lift my 115lb dog into the car to get him to emergency clinic. I called the clinic in a complete panic and Dr Burns who was on her way out to go home, came to my home and triaged him and helped me get him into the car. You have no idea how much Dr Burns has put up with from me, a neurotic pet owner, and yet she took the time to come help my fur baby and help me get him too the emergency vet. I lost my baby Dale that night, but because of Dr burns help, we were able to get him there faster and his wasnt in pain any longer than he had to be. There are no words to thank you all at the clinic for everything you do for all my babies. Your an angel Dr Burns!

The Gilbert Tribune article, "Best in Gilbert 2015," listed Dr. Burns the # 1 vet in Gilbert. I now know why and I agree completely. She and her staff were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They pay particular attention to making the visit as stress-free as possible for the kitties (and I would imagine that applies to pooches, too.) Dr. Burns made follow-up calls to me to monitor my cats condition. Thanks to Dr. Burns and her staff, Katie is back to her healthy and playful self again. I really appreciated the care and concern I received at Priority Pet Hospital and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best care for their pets.

My pets and I have been seeing Dr. Burns for four years now. She has helped me learn about how to care for my one diabetic dog and the other one with bone cancer. Her and her staff are very compassionate animal loving people and it was a blessing to have them help us through the grieving time with a special room she has just for times like this. Now, we are once again Loving two miniature Australian Sheppards and they love going to see Dr. Burns and her staff, especially girlfriend Jessica! Dr. Burns will give you all the options and info on how to care for your pet. Even though we have the same last name, we are not related.

I cant be more satisfied with my choice in choosing Priority Pet Hospital to care for my furry kiddos. They have never enjoyed other hospitals/clinics, but the low stress handling used here, has made a world of a difference with their experience. I can tell the staff and Dr. Burns really have a big heart and truly put pets at a priority that I have not seen elsewhere. I also commend their honesty with me. I know I trust them with myself and my pets, and it is a relief to have that trust! Id recommend Priority Pet Hospital to anyone I know, without a doubt. Try them out! You will see a noticeable difference from many other places!

I have been taking my cats to Priority Pet for over 10 years. Dr. Burns and staff are extremely competent, thorough and professional. In addition they are very caring. Our cats are "family" to them. They know them personally and always remember them, which is an added plus. I have been to vets before who have treated my pets like a number on a piece of paper. This is definitely not so in this case. We travel 20 miles to see Dr. Burns which is no easy chore (traveling with cats in a car). Obviously it is worth it to take them to her. I would recommend Dr. Burns to anyone who values their pets!

Our dog, Sydney has been a patient of Dr. Burns since she was a puppy. She will be 15 in July. Dr. Burns has provided the best care for Sydney and we would not go anywhere else. Dr. Burns is so knowledgeable and takes her time with each visit explains everything in detail. She also calls to follow up to see how Sydney is doing. Even the paperwork we receive from each visit is very thorough and concise. The place is very clean and each one on staff is very kind and caring. I would give her mores stars if I could! We cannot thank her enough for the wonderful care she has provided for Sydney.
