I am absolutely in LOVE with this vet. I cannot even begin to explain how grateful I am for the amount of care and compassion they showed my fur baby, Lucy (my dumbo eared rat. Shes one of the eleven rats we have). These people chose this profession because they love animals, not because they love a big paycheck. My previous exotic vet (Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital) was terrible, and barbaric in their treatment of my animals. One of my other rats, Mothers, had a mammary tumor in the same place, and it was the same size, as Lucys. I had to pay for the examination appointment, the procedure, and the follow up appointment for Mothers. The incision looked horrible and her skin was bunched together and held in place with glue. Meanwhile Lucy has a clean, taught incision held closed with both staples and sutures. Lucy was also sent home with antibiotics, antionflammatory medication and a pain reliever. While Mothers was sent home in a cone of shame that cut into her neck, burns on her skin from the trimmer they used to cut her fur and an anti inflammatory- no pain reliever or antibiotic to prevent infection. And heres the real kicker: LUCYS TREATMENT WAS $200 CHEAPER THAN MOTHERS. Can you believe that?? And Lucys follow up visit is complementary!! Wow!! :) the difference is absolutely night and day. I can honestly say that if I had known this amazing vet was here before I would have NEVER set foot inside AEAH. I would have NEVER given them a penny. So, long story short. I love this vet. I love all the staff (from the secretary to the anethesiologist they are all fantastic and have introduced themselves so we know exactly whos handling our babies). And I will continue to see this vet for as long as I have fur babies!

I work for an assistance dog training organization, and Dr. Jill Patt and her staff help us care for both my personal dogs and all of the company dogs, as well as our facility cats and office-dwelling reptile, a boa constrictor. The Little Critters team provides top notch, cutting edge care and they handle both routine care and emergencies with poise, grace and professionalism. Ive never had a bad experience here. The office is always inviting and clean, were always met at the door with a smile, and the treatment is always on point. Communication is clear and understandable, and more than anything else, you can tell that everyones passion is exactly where it needs to be: caring for your critter.

My daughter and I went yesterday for our pet cockatiel. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful and the nurse was so calm when our bird kept flying around the exam room. Dr. Jill Patt was absolutely AMAZING! Truly, she has changed our view of this pet because we were simply not as educated as we should have been when we received the bird. She spent almost 30 min. with us examining our bird, giving us advice, and showing my daughter some training tips to help her bond with her little bird. I was so impressed and so thankful for her genuine care and concern for both us and our pet. I will definitely tell my friends about this wonderful vet hospital.

I brought my cat Charlie in for a possible ear infection and to get him updated on his vaccines. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Charlie was alittle scared and grumpy. We saw Dr. Swisher who was very patient and kind even though Charlie was a bit difficult. We were able to get the vaccines and ear drops and ear cleaner. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone with a healthy or sick pet. The staff shows they really care about the patients no matter the temperment of the pet.

I took my pet rat here when he developed a large tumor. Because of his age and the size of the tumor, they suggested that we have him put down. It was a very painful experience, but the staff were very accommodating and understanding. I was surprised and happy about how comfortable and knowledgable the vet and staff were with rats. They treated him with as much love and care as they would any other animal, and were respectful and patient with my grief.

Hands down one of the best vet experiences Ive ever had. I was embarrassed bringing in my older cat Ive acquired due to her health but they were incredibly kind and understanding. The office was calming and all of the staff were amazing. I appreciate that they arent pushy at all and want whats best for your pet. The groupon brought me in, but the experience has won me over.

If not for Dr Patt, my Dakota probably wouldnt have made it. The extra mile you guys went that day in February for me and my boy will not soon be forgotten. Youve squeezed me in when Ive had dog fights, and critically ill neonate babies.... Those things dont go unnoticed. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for taking such good care of my babies....

We were very impressed with Little Critters. The receptionist and veterinary assistant were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Jill Patt was so patient, gentle, and compassionate of our chicken. She took a great amount of time with us, answering all of our questions and caring for our pet. I highly recommend this hospital!!!

Everyone there is so nice and they really cared about my pets health. We didnt have to wait in the waiting room very long and they answered all my questions with a smile. They were so helpful and I will definitely go back. Love this place!
